Yes they may be understaffed but the staff that they do have are always sooo nice & helpful! Seriously such friendly employees, with good energy that’s hard to find these days!

Good customer service. The one associate made sure to wipe the counters after each customer. They have really cute face masks you can buy too.

I'm going to knit a new winter hat and scarf for my gentleman friend for his birthday. I had lots of beautiful yarn to choose from. I don't like to order yarn online. I need to see and feel it for myself. I chose a nice acrylic yarn from Mandala in the color magician. It's a self-stripping yarn. It doesn't feel like your run of the mill acrylic. Most feel like plastic and are scratchy. This is very soft and the colours are beautiful. I always find what I need from JoAnn's. Their employees are always very helpful and friendly. Well I formed about whatever craft I'm working on. Very happy with my purchase.

I love this store. It is always clean; including the bathrooms, and well organized. The employees sometimes are hard to find but when you do they are pleasant and ready to assist you in any way they can. They usually have quick checkouts and the cashiers are pleasant and very helpful. The only thing is get there early for seasonal items since they only get so much and it sells out quickly.

I ran in like 30 minutes before close time to get two animal print scrapbook paper and there was only one cashier helping a customer who couldn't seem to make up her mind what she wanted the cashier was kind enough to acknowledge that I was waiting and said she'd help me as soon as possible but when another employee saw me standing there she hurried and came and checked me out I GREATLY APPRECIATED both employees actions VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KIND!!!😊

Joannes fabrics always comes in handy, the reward system is great, so are there coupons! The staff is always nice and very generous when it comes to turn into your needs! They have the best

Great store. The only problem is they are shortstaffed. Only one checkout person. Took over 20 minutes standing in a line of 7 in front of me & more than 5 behind me. People look up all their coupons with their cellphones & it takes forever.

I could spend hours in this store, staff is helpful and friendly. Thy will answer to any question concerning the products on store. At the fabric counter you will be asked what are you making from the fabric you are buying and that question alone makes me feel good, talking about the little project you have going on.

This is our seconded time being at this location and it does not disappoint. The store is very organized, and lots of selection. We ended up wandering around after we found what we came for...circular knitting needles. The associates were very helpful and came up with some great ideas for what we are working on. Coupons are awesome and lines for check out moved quickly.

My friend took me to this AMAZING Joanne Fabric Store, Schererville, IN. This is a super-size store with well stocked shelves. Amazing fabric selections, great prices, lots of crafting supplies... all and more that you might expect at this type of store. Their staff was supportive, helpful, informative and customer-friendly which sets a good tone for customer-friendliness.

John at the fabric counter was very helpful and assisted me with finding the exact fabric match I was looking for. The employees were all kind and went out of their way to help apply coupons. Highly recommend!

I have to say, Joanne's had really gone above and beyond in keeping Americans safe during this pandemic. I was really impressed with their curbside pick up and how things were placed into the car. Fantastic! And of course their fabric and accessories are always top notch! Super friendly employees and really helpful.

This store is very clean and well organized. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They had a decent selection of flowers but not enough fun picks to add into a flower arrangement.

The store is stocked and organized so well I was able to find what I needed and then a couple of bonus purchases from t hff e clearance table. Excellent cashiers too!

The staff there are always super helpful with whatever project brings me into the store. They always are there to help you if needed and will help show you different tips and tricks with different projects. They ways have a great selection of items to choose from. If they do not have the item in stock they will help you with getting it ordered and let you know when it comes in.
