This is one of the best home depot stores I’ve ever seen, very organized, staff really helpful and friendly and as a plus , the hot dog place , awesome

I really like how this place is laid out. Everything is really easy to find and is in a place that makes sense. Home Depot has some of the best lumber that you can buy from a chain store. The only gripe I have is sometimes it is difficult to find someone to help you.

I can honestly say that I've never had better customer service anywhere than what we just experienced with Josette in the flooring department!!

Unbeknownst to us at the time, she was very close to clocking out when we walked in. She helped us, gave us her honest and experienced opinions without making us feel rushed. When I was being wishy-washy, cuz it's carpeting and a big decision, she didn't get agitated at all! Instead, she directed me to hold the sample near other items to give me a different perspective! She displayed the utmost patience with my indecisiveness.

We were also requesting to switch our order from another store. Josette tried to talk us out of this but we were pretty persistent, which in the end kept her there even longer! During the process of calling corporate to switch the order over is when we found out that she was supposed to have left already. She was on hold, apologized, and asked if she could call her son to let him know that she would be late. We apologized profusely and still... she was fantastic!!

Josette is a wealth of knowledge and has customer service skills that go above and beyond, making her a HUGE asset to the Home Depot team!

The best for flowers. I buy all My perennials and annuals there each year. Hearty tomatoe and pepper plants that produce super fast each season. I recommend trying The Home Depot for a summer of planting and see what You think 😄

I place an order online I got it curbside and Alex was very professional brought it out right away very nice helpful.

Plumbing pro was fantastic. First time I only needed 1 trip to fix/ ungrade my project.

Placed an order for a deck rebuild with Jim Markos who was super helpful and friendly. But the rebuild wouldn't work out so I had to cancel the order. Christy initiated the cancellation and Bobby in customer service went above and beyond in making sure everything was taken care of. This is why Home Depot is my go to store for home improvement jobs.

Great service. Darien, the cashier, was so awesome. Very pleasant, helped us sign up for a card to save a few bucks on our purchase, and was efficient. Everything was organized and there were plenty of staff that were willing to help.

Usually every home depot I visit I seem to have a great experience. Went to pick out tile for the bathroom and the employees were more than willing to give us a hand if needed. When checking out I was offered to apply for a cc and it would be a $100 off if approved. I usually could care less about a cc but I said what the heck. Approved but the cashier made a mistake and it didn't give the discount.. when I say this guy was truly apologetic I mean that. I had to actually go to the service desk to get it handled and when I got back to the cashier he was still apologizing for the mishap..definitely would recommend and visit this hd again

My Son and I went in with a plumbing project with only info we had from you tube. Alex gave us excellent service, including advice and locating all of the parts we needed to get the job done! The work is successfully completed. Thank you Alex!

Location has friendly staff, has a good knowledge base, and is fair on the prices. If you can't find an item you are looking for at their store, customer service has always been able to help me with paying for it in-store and picking it up. I also enjoy their curbside pick up.

I had a plumbing catastrophe last night and as something that made the night stressful, I was able to get it repaired and I have a lot of that to thank the gentleman in the plumbing section for. He was a huge help getting me all the proper pieces quickly so I could get home and get the water back on! Definitely dodged a bullet. Thank you!

Great service here, the young man greeted me and asked me I needed any help. I just asked him to point me to the chainsaws. He walked me over to them and handed me the one I was looking for. I really appreciate that as a customer, I was in and out in ten minutes. Keep up the great customer service and I'll keep coming back.

Large selection of items at a great price. MILITARY DISCOUNT!! The best part of our trips to this Home Depot is always how friendly the employees are! So nice and willing to help, I never have to hunt for someone they always just seem to appear. I love shopping here!
