Customer service phenomenal. We are purchasing for our home and as we were shopping the people were so responsive and helpful. They walked the store with us helped load items into our car and made sure we got the best deal. Great staff and even better inventory. Yes, inventory! We came here from Dallas because none of our stores had the lights or backsplash.

Me and my Wife were shopping and looking for help in that Home Depot store. Our luck was manager Diana Z., she Helped me and my wife soo much! We are absolutely pleased with her help and the Service this super nice people provide to us! Also there was one super nice Guy (coworker of Diana Z.) , unfortunately I don’t know his name, but he was super helpful! (she knows him.)
Looks like managing team in that store are real professionals and do all for they are client! What is very important in our days!

I am a frequent customer of this location and occasionally visit other HD stores as well. I was given the wrong pallet of concrete some time ago. It was a more expensive pallet of concrete by far and it seems simple to swap it with the correct one. Not so simple. Time of purchase was involved. Pallets involved. Receipts involved. Different credit card involved. Lots of people involved. What a headache! However, ANTONIA, understood and comprehended the situation today (8-23-23) when I brought it back. She both patiently and graciously followed the procedures. Her supervisor was there and this was just an inconvenience for her but she approved the transactions.

ANTONIA solved all the problems, she jumped through hoops and she ultimately made the transactions happen smoothly, safely, and correctly! Totally professional and totally customer service oriented person! 10 STARS for ANTONIA! She is definitely the kind of employee who is focused on the customer as well as doing it correctly for the store!

Lowes diehard but the home depot at 4 points rocks. Staff very friendly and items are instock

When comparing prices, I've found the prices at Home Depot to be consistently cheaper than Lowe's.

The workers were very nice and when they saw us they asked if we needed help. We were at Lowes the day before comparing prices on washing machines and dryers, I saw workers standing around near us and walking by us and some just talking to eachother and they never came over to us. Anyways, Home Depot was just the opposite, and our associate was knowledgeable and helpful. We bought a washer and dryer set and a refrigerator, and they were delivered in a few days with no problems.

We came in 30 min till closing having to replace a toilet . BOB was the most helpful man I have had at any Home Depot ever!! Super friendly too. . The girls at the checkout were super helpful as well. Thank you !!

Well.....let me tell you how wonderful Mr Scott (doors) was to me a couple of weeks ago. First: I walked in to get a plain-jane flat steel back door. He asked a crucial question, "what size?". Darn, I knew this would be difficult. I quoted 36x80 and he hinted that the usual size for back doors was 32x80. So now I questioned the info my husband provided & doubt was planted. I went home, measured the back door (32x80) and checked the storm door in the garage (it and the steel doors were both getting replaced). To my chagrin, that one was the wrong size! So now I needed to arrange for wrong size storm door to be replaced with right size storm door! Oye vey. Back at the store, Mr Scott told me they only had 6 panel back door in stock (no flat) but fortunately had the exact same storm door (right size) that could be traded out. So, I said yes to the 6 panel door and yes to the correct storm door. I arranged for pickup in 3 days.......but wait!! My daughter had to ask me what doors was I getting to replace my current back doors. I showed her the pics on HD web site. She frowned at the 6 panel door & insisted I consider a window steel door. Frankly, the thought of discussing this w/husband AND going back to Mr Scott made me squeamish! So.....i didn't tell husband and sheepishly visited Mr Scott again. 😶 Seemed like the lesser of 2 evils. Ha! I asked Mr Scott to trade out the 6 panel door for a 9panel window steel door. He was sooooo gracious & never snickered in my presence! Not once! And alas, both doors were delivered. The contractor installed them AND my husband loves them! Hooray! We all win! Thank you Mr Scott @ Home Depot off Howard Ln.

All the staff is super friendly and helpful, extra special THANK YOU goes to LESLIE who is amazing!
I believe she is manager, a caring and "customer first" type of manager that deserves all the appreciation.
She went above and beyond when I needed help with a small item (3M Red Stucco tape) and I was in a rush, she didn't mind to do a favor for the sake of customer satisfaction.
This location deserves a 5 star for its genuine staff.

They do not have lavender here, no lavender plant, nor lavender seeds. They do have another kind of mosquito plant - Citronella. Smells very lemony, one pot of that plant cost about $16.

Good price... Acceptable quality... Quick and easy pickup process.

There are some real questionable hires in this store… some people make me want to rip my hair out while doing something super simple like a return.

Other people are simply fantastic… like Anna in pro services who made our life 10000% easier and more enjoyable. She is very knowledgeable and could help us the way we needed it… by being someone to throw ideas against and brainstorm solutions.

Another person who got us where we needed was Evan. Really understood urgency, customer service and stayed even beyond his 12 hour shift to help me finish my stuff.

HD mgmt… these two are some of your best workers… take care of them because they sure as heck take care of you (via your customers).

My husband and I made a large purchase and really needed help since he had just had surgery. Our whole experience from purchase to delivery was wonderful. Sandra in management and Gabriella Martinez, Raul, and Cameron in customer service were all so helpful and had great communication. We had no worries throughout the whole process. They all went above and beyond and I will definitely recommend this location to our local friends and family. We won't hesitate to come here again for anythig! Probably the best experience we've ever had at a store of any kind, and this is probably the best home depot team out of all of them because they really seem to care. Genuinely all so helpful and nice. So many thanks to y'all!

My Home Depot never disappoints. We make and sell a lot of laser cut crafts. This is our go to Home Depot for all our material and paint.

I did a curbside pickup. Quick and easy, didn't have to get out of my car, and using the email and the app to manage the order was so straightforward

I'm very impressed with how Home Depot has integrated technology into their retail stores. Before even going to the store I knew whether or not my items were in stock and exactly where they were in the store. If I had any questions the staff was generally amenable and helpful. Definitely my go-to home improvement store.

I’m a person who gets lost in Home Depot, it’s so overwhelming and too much for my brain and I believe Jaime and Bobby helped me find some screws I needed and the service was great enough for a review. Good job guys I know you all are super busy there

This location is short staffed. Yes, I have been impatient. BUT, the staff/employees are still friendly, polite and try hard to provide the best customer service. I appreciate the hard work and effort. I have visited numerous locations and this one still has the best customer service. We all just need to be a bit kinder, including myself.
