I enjoy visiting and spending time with the staff at this store. They always make me feel welcome and pay close attention to my needs. I can't resist buying a variety of e-juices from this store! I look forward to visiting again and purchasing more items.

This place is my go to for vape shops ! Very cool dudes and the nice gal. They have great deals and lots of stuff to choose from. The staff is super helpful and friendly too! 10/10 would recommend

These guys are always so nice, but especially today I came in to replace my vape and locked my keys in my car. Oliver was really helpful and and even filled up my vape for me while I waited to get my car unlocked. Thank you for the hospitality and for turning my day around.

Create A Cig, I think, is owned by ESCOBAR and is convenieny located in a full shopping mall lot and across from a gas station & close to the laundomat as well. This is the 1st Vape shop I shopped at since moving to Austin, Texas. I met Oliver and he's just the consumate professional with a fantastic attitude. So bases on this experience. I don't need to shop ANYWHETE else for Vapes and even Delta 6's, 7's 8's & 9's. They have plenty of glass as well.

I went to Create A Cig on Parmer to purchase a vape setup that would replace cigarettes as a nicotine delivery system. I am usually leery of anyplace that appears to be a kind of chain establishment, but I am so glad that I went.

I was assisted by a gentleman named Cooper. He is incredibly knowledgeable, and was able to answer every question I had- a fantastic quality in a specialty retail shop. He was able to recommend a device and a liquid that not only lived up to every expectation that I had, but was well within my budget. I was rung up by Chris, the manager, who was wonderful as well.

I am extremely happy with my purchase, and can't say enough nice things about Cooper and his manager Chris. They know their stuff forwards and backwards, and are a pleasure to do business with.

Nicole, Manager, sold me my first vape setup 6 years ago. Took the time to teach, demonstrate, and most importantly, educate me. Because of her help, I was able to quite a 45-year smoking habit in 2 days.

They don't just sell you items... This is a knowledgeable team that will assist you if you are new to vaping, or an expert looking for the latest innovations.

In the years since then, I have gone to Create A Cig for all my vaping equipment, coils, and juice. Everyone I have recommended it to has also had a great experience.

I usually shop at this location on Parmer, or the one on 620.

These guys are fantastic! Anytime I need anything, I always stop by and they're incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and just a great store overall. I haven't gone anywhere else for my vape needs ever since I moved into the area and I first stopped in years ago. Have been going into the Parmer location now for 4+ years. Have always had great customer service no matter the newest hire up to the manager. As long as this location is open I will always take time to go in, socialize and pick up anything I may need. If in the area do not hesitate to stop in. The selection is hands down the widest array and selection of Hardware and juices.

Everyone is always so friendly when I go in there! When it comes down to being someone on a budget, they completely understand and do not judge you based off of that. There are reasons why I gravitate to Create A Cig and Great Customer Service, Prices, and Stock on Everything are the main ones. 👌

Some of the coolest staff around. Knowledgeable and friendly. Their prices are competitive and they have deals and discounts on a lot of products. Their rewards program is great, too. I was able to get a starter kit for my brother using only rewards points. They have kratom and kava products ad well. Vast selection of vape products. If you're looking for it, they will probably have it. Definitely worth checking them out.

I have been going to this location (most) and there location off 620 for a few years now, I have to say everytime I leave I am satisfied. Great customer service and great selection. Staff is also very knowledgeable. I also never felt forced into buying anything. They are great with meeting your budget.

The employees are knowledgeable, helpful, and always seem to be happy. I always get a "hello how's it going? What can we help you with today?" As soon as I walk in the door. It's a place like the bar "Cheers" where everybody knows your name. A place where you are a friend and a customer, not just a customer.

Very helpful staff. Clean store. Even better since they put in the air scrubber...not so humid inside now. I highly recommend this place to those who are looking to get off the cigarettes. Now, if they would build more locations AROUND Austin, this would be great. Manor, for starters!

I don't write reviews often, but I wanted to say something about this store. I have been frequenting this place about a year now. The staff is great (most of the them), knowledgable and helpful. Anytime I have a problem the managers are polite, apologetic and make sure they set me up with a great deal for the inconvenience.

They have a great selection of products, and juices. They always seem to have something new when I come in. The initial cost of my device was pretty expensive, but I havent had any issues with it and I am now saving hundreds of dollars a year by switching to vaping!

My only negative feedback is that sometimes I do have to wait for quite awhile, and they don't always acknowledge me when I come in. When they do greet me with a hello (they usually do), I at least know they saw me and I feel comfortable taking a seat and waiting my turn. However, as with most specialty stores, I know each customer requires more attention and some people have a lot more questions than others. I Just rest assured they will take their sweet time with me also! Vaping is a unique experience for everyone and I appreciate that the employees don't rush me through a transaction, and are always happy to answer my questions and take their time with me.

Keep it up guys and you will have my business for a long time!

I've been living right around the corner for almost 2 years now, I just got into vaping for about 3 weeks now, never knew that there was such a fantastic store right next to me. I was in desperate need of a new tank (since my friend who introduced me to vape got me to buy a RTA, and did not showed me how to build coils, after 2 weeks I'm left with bitter hit and this close to quitting) so I visited the shop after getting some recommendations online. I was initially going to get a different tank, but Taylor - who is the most helpful and friendly ever, suggested me some of the other items in their current inventory and I ended up with a Uwell Crown III tank. Not only did he offered me a huge discount, also hooked me up with some other accessories. Great shop, friendly and helpful staff, will recommend to anyone and will definitely be coming back.

I've been going to this location since they open and service is awesome. They know me pretty well in there so they know what I go for and what flavor profile I have. Friendly staff, good selection of juice and mods. They have a reward system that can help you in a pinch. A+++ vape shop.
