The UPS Store

I really appreciate this UPS store! I was able to come in on a Sunday, and a very lovely employee was so kind and sweet with helping me process my returns. They were even understanding to open a few minutes early due to my big return! The manager was super nice and seems to be very fond of her employees. I highly recommend coming here. I’ve been coming for a long time now, and the customer service is alway exceptional!

The ladies here are amazing at their job! Super fast and friendly! They got me in and out the door so fast that when I came back for an address change on my package they remembered me and helped me out in changing it that I was able to do everything on my break from work!

The people that work here are amazing. They greet everyone that walks through the door and even when they are busy, they make you feel important.
It's an absolute pleasure to have to go there even if I have to wait in line!

The service is fast and they greet you right before you step through the doorway they're so friendly and they're very good at their job and they double check to make sure no mistakes are done.

I had an amazing experience with this UPS store. The manager went above and beyond to help me get this package delivered! Devina carried me all the way through doing all the details! It’s very hard to find people that are so accommodating. It really spoke to me.

Devina was incredible. I almost never write reviews, but she deserves it. She was positive, attentive, helpful, efficient and quick. I had a lot of questions and items to take care of, and she made it very easy.

The ownership has been there for 20+ years and I overheard they support local kids looking for jobs and internships.

I will exclusively do all my shipping at this location because of Devina.

Third time I've been to this UPS in 6 months. The people here are friendly and professional, the owner/manager, Devina, is super professional, very good at problem solving and putting the customer at ease.

The customer service is always great here. They’re always hustling when it gets busy and always friendly and informative.

Just dropped off a package and there was a little bit of a wait as they were down one computer, but Devina had the most wonderful attitude! She was extremely efficient and positive despite having to juggle multiple customers and computer issues. Was in and out a lot quicker than expected!

Always knowledgable and more importantly always kind. I feel like every misstep I have witnessed at this store has been at the fault of the customer who came in already looking for a fight or just having an off day. Everywhere is understaffed right now, and these guys still provide excellent service and help even if it may take a little bit longer than maybe a few years ago. Special thank you to their notary who was friendly and on top of helping me out.

My tracking document for a shipment of legal items got thrown away. I have been trying to hunt this down for almost an entire year calling government entities, etc.

One of the associates today did a deep dive into all my records, found the tracking number, where it was delivered, who signed for it, everything! Even the government resource didn’t say they had it but this store proved they did!

I drop mail of here for both ups and usps multiple times a week for work. The people who run this location are kind, efficient, and I have never had a package lost. They are even open 7 days a week. Highly recommend this location.

Amazing customer service. Outstanding in the area, walk in anytime they are open and they will always have a notary on site. I was in and out in less than five minutes. Will definitely visit the location again

Every time I have gone in, which has always been for an Amazon return, the employees have been fantastic. Even if I walk in while there is a line, I am greeted quickly and the staff is efficient. I am always offered a receipt and given the attention to details I have asked for.

I came in for notary services, and Devina helped catch an error saving me time and money.

Best in class. The store is very well maintained, the staff is very courteous and helpful. We walked in 30 mins prior to close with a large number of packages (sorry!) and they helped us without any complaint. There was a long line and the staff was very effective at helping us and the other customers at the same time (while maintaining social distancing guidelines). The staff never complained even when there were still people who needed help 30 mins AFTER the store was supposed to have closed, and did their best to expedite the process. The entire experience was fantastic, and we even ended up spending less than we had originally anticipated. We will return!!!
