These guys know their stuff. Chris helped me by booking up an OBD II and correctly diagnosing why my "service engine soon" light was on. Then he offered a choice of three brands they had in stock to solve my problem!

My daughter had issues starting her car. We went to this O'Reilly's and were pleasantly surprised with the great service. They charged the dead battery and then checked it to find it was still good. We brought the car in to check the alternator and starter. The conclusion was my daughter must have left the lights on and drained the battery. Glen (gentlemen who helped us) was the best part of this whole experience. Definitely give these guys your business!

Rented a brand new Mazda and started getting low key fob battery notification...leading to multiple attempts trying to get the start button to work. Lady behind the counter went far and above to help me figure out how to change a battery in a very poorly designed key fob...5 steps to take the battery out and five steps to install a new one. It didn't fix the problem. Ended up haveing to drive back to A.B.I.A. and exchange the rented Mazda. ...but O'REILLY's staff was incredibly helpful....on a side note Avis staff replaced my new battery with one of their own. They gave up. Car still had trouble starting. One of them told me they had a number of problems with the new Mazdas...not a good sign

Always a good experience when I go to this store. AutoZone has people that don’t know anything most of the time. It’s always a quick in and out at this store. Employees seem pretty knowledgeable.

Friendly service. No trickery. Helped me find what I needed, staying within my budget. Needed windshield wipers and another part. Quick friendly install on the wipers and offered to top of the fluid. Was assisted by the manager. Had questions about local mechanics. He was able to connect me with someone in the community. Clean store. Will make this my auto parts store.

I will give it to this store and the staff any day any time they have been so good in their customer service, Mr Ibrahim was able to help me remove my old battery and installed the new one I purchased without complaints . I would advise you visit this store you are sure to meet good people to assist you get all you need

Fernando is the best! My battery died at 7 PM on a Saturday night, everyplace wanted to sell me a battery, but no one would install it. Fernando did, with no hesitation. O'Reilly's has a customer for life!

As with any of the O'Reilly stores, great service and help. Had an issue where they were extremely helpful solving and did not charge me for the time spent diagnosing the problem.

I always go to auto zone for my parts or anything I need regarding my vehicles, but since they didn’t have what I needed I tried O’Reilly
Let me start by saying great staff and Reece knew exactly what I was looking for almost with out me telling him and it was a couple pieces.

If you need parts the representatives at this store are top tier. I drive older cars and they have parts in stock when others do not. Need a transmission modulator valve for your 89 chevy? They have them. Need a 12 volt to 6 volt reducer for your classic rod? They have them. If you are frustrated looking for a carrier bracket because you don't want ac on your car they have them. The staff will actually walk outside and look at your car to ensure you get the right part. You don't find that kind of service just anywhere.
