What a magical place! Colorful dresses on multiple floors & a variety of price points, separated by color & length to make searching easy. It was the busiest of days, yet the staff was warm & attentive. Finding exactly what she was looking for, we said YES TO THE DRESS! In addition to keeping the dress for minor repairs (completed quickly & ahead of schedule), they sent me home with a list of expert tailors to shorten our beaded straps. Truly a fantastic experience from beginning to end, and our new go-to for all dresses going forward!

We always have a great experience here! A little pricey, but whatever makes the girls feel beautiful and confident!!! They are very willing to help and very friendly! Between my 2 girls, we have purchased 5 dresses there and will continue to shop there! Highly recommend

Amazing experience!!! The girls who work there are super helpful and very friendly! They have dresses in all different sizes and can order online for you if the size is not right. I loved that all the dresses that they had were out to see and were organized by color. It’s also super nice that they allow pictures to be taken, so helpful!! Would definitely visit again.

Overall great experience! We drove 3 hours to get to this store and we will go again for future dresses. It was extremely busy and my daughter was getting frustrated because the dress she came for was gone but our Lady that helped in the dressing room was super patient with my daughter (and me) and worked to find the perfect dress for her. Daughter left happy, mom left happy!

I went there shopping for my homecoming dress, when I first walked in everyone was so nice. I was not sure what dress I was going to pick I already had a few dresses but I wasn’t sure which one I should pick. And when I already had a few dresses one girl ask for my name and she took them dressing room which was awesome. And as I started to try the dresses on a really nice girl helped me find more dresses that were really pretty. Also when I got helped finding the dressing rooms I was greeted by the most sweet and amazing young woman. When I needed help with the dresses she was so awesome and sweet to help me. And it made me feel good about myself. The atmosphere felt so welcoming and homey. The girl that was helping me found me the most amazing and stunning dress. I thanked her a lot for being the best to help me find a perfect dress for homecoming. I hoped all will go good a little bump was on the way but I was so so grateful that she could help cause I probably won’t be looking fabulous for that one special day. When I was about to leave I went to look for her and gave her a big hug and said thank you so much tears started to role down my face. That day brought me like the most happiest day out my high school dance experience. I love this store I will come back for future dresses and I recommend the prom shoppe to all of my friends.

Staff was extremely helpful and very nice. Lots and lots of dresses. Lot of styles and sizes and colors (Not every style had every color or size). I saw size range from 000-24. Prices range from low to high, some are 50% off. They will write down what school your going to, and then make sure no one else will show up in same color/style dress. Will definitely take my daughters here for Prom dresses and next year for homecoming dresses again.

My daughter and I came looking for homecoming dresses here after we had been to the mall and had NO LUCK. What a fun place to walk into! Dresses organized by color! Every style we could imagine! The sizes we were looking for! It was such a pleasant experience! We have 2 more years of dances and this will be our only stop. The girls were so nice and helped her find the perfect dress AND shoes AND jewelry. We have told all her friends about this place and I know many of them went there as well and had an equally great experience.

Very large shop with so many different dresses to choose from. I have read many reviews of people saying that all the dresses on hand were size 0 or 00. My daughter is a size 0 and we actually had a hard time finding dresses in her size. I saw a greater number of dresses size 6 and up than I did 0-4. The dresses can be expensive as another pointed out but we were able to find many that were $300 or less, which was our budget. All of the employees were very helpful and really interested in the thoughts of my daughter and what she wanted in style, fit, and color. Sara was amazing and in the end found "the one". It was a little over budget, but ended up being everything my daughter was looking for without costing an arm and a leg. They even made sure to mark the dress in their system so the same dress/color could not be sold to anyone attending the same event at her school.

A customer service experience like nowhere else! A great selection of dresses size 00-26 in price ranges for everyone. The staff is friendly, young and helpful and knows all about the latest prom and homecoming trends and can help you find the perfect dress and accessories!

I went to The Prom Shoppe with a dream dress in mind, and I got exactly what I wanted. The saleswoman, Jen, was extremely helpful and patient. I told her what I had in mind, and she came back with a dress I otherwise would never have picked up myself. It was a black mermaid dress. I tried it on and instantly I was in love with it. The dress is perfect, and I wouldn't be nearly as happy with my purchase if I didn't have Jen's help. Everyone there is so nice. All of the dresses are beautiful. The Prom Shoppe is perfect! xoxo

Hands down best dress shopping experience ever. It has a variety to chose from, the sales associates were super helpful and patient with me. I bought 4 dresses with them in less than a month! Super nice.

I've been to lots of different dress shops and this one is by far the best! The dress selection and salespeople are fantastic! Brooke took great care of me, she was very helpful and made me feel right at home! If you're ever looking for a special occasion dress, you should definitely check this place out and ask for Brooke!

I'm am a Father and I can say Dad's can easily go here with there daughters. The staff is amazing with the girls trying on dresses and assisting in their selection. A big selection with a great staff. Thanks from a relieved Dad

We have always found the perfect dress for homecoming/prom, etc. Sarah is the best! She always seems to find the best dress for my daughters' personalities and individual tastes.

Very helpful I have gotten tuxes there for my wedding and other weddings I've been in they are very helpful and never had an issue with pick ups or drop offs.
