AT&T Store

Had a great experience working with Sara at this AT&T location. Went in to upgrade my iPhone and update my name on my caller ID. It always take a while to get a new phone and transfer all of the data... but Sara was very helpful and made us feel like we were taken care of throughout the whole process.

Tyler was exceptional!! We encountered nothing but issues transferring our service and he remained professional, helpful and had a great sense of humor!! This kid deserves a raise! Thank you Tyler!!!

I had to replace an older IPhone . I went to Grindstone At& t store & Cristian was my service rep. He explained in detail features of newer phones , costs and went through our bill to look for any cost saving items. He transferred all my data to the new phone without a glitch and gave me a quick tutorial on the new phone’s features. Overall , Excellent Service.

Thank you to Sara and Chase for their amazing customer service and for all the help they gave getting into and fixing our AT&T account. If it wasn’t for them we would’ve switched providers.

The gentleman helping me was very easy to work with, very knowledgeable and put me right at ease. Fastest and easiest time that I have had upgrading my phone.

Changing TV providers is akin to root canal surgery. But, thanks to Sara, our switch to Direct TV Stream was stress free. She was professional yet very personable and most importantly, patient with all our questions. And we had a lot of questions. We know with Sara we have an advocate in any future tv issues. I recently visited the AT&T store and had an exceptional experience thanks to the outstanding service provided by Derrick King and the amazing team at AT&T. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and checked in by a friendly employee, setting a positive tone for my visit.

During my time at the store, there was a challenging situation with another customer who was visibly upset and demanding immediate attention. Despite the customer's hostility, Derrick remained calm, professional, and went above and beyond to assist them. He skillfully de-escalated the situation with the store manager.

What impressed me the most was the way the entire staff handled the situation. They maintained their composure, remained helpful, respectful, and professional throughout. This demonstrated their dedication to providing excellent customer service even in extremely challenging circumstances.

Afterward, Derrick promptly turned his attention to assisting me. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and provided me with all the information I needed. His genuine commitment to his helping customers was evident in every interaction.

I would also like to acknowledge Derrick's co-worker, who approached me and apologized for any inconvenience caused by the disturbance. This gesture showcased their team's integrity, character and willingness to take responsibility, despite having done nothing wrong.

I highly recommend this store and its wonderful employees for anyone in need of outstanding assistance. Thank you, Derrick, and the entire team, for going above and beyond to ensure a positive experience.

Christian was very knowledgeable and polite. I dropped my phone in the lake and had to get a new phone. I was worried that I’d loose all my data. Christian was able to retrieve my data and set my phone up. Thank you thank you Christian!!!

The manager, Chase, and our technician, Derrick, stole the show for us! My wife and I dreaded the idea of going into the phone store and wanted to get done as quick as possible. After arriving, Derrick was prompt and made our whole stay very enjoyable and best of all, simple. Chase the manager came out to say hello as well (a very nice touch) and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. There was also a gal named Amanda I believe that was there that was also very pleasant but was assisting another customer. All of the staff were on point and I will tell everyone to go through the grindstone store in Columbia Mo for all their phone needs, the service meant THAT much to us. Such a pleasant experience!!

Very quick. Kaylee was very knowledgeable about her material and made the switch flawless. Company needs to keep her. Not sure how long she has been employed there but it seemed she was the "go to" for any questions other employees had. Very Very satisfied with this trip into the store.

I travel a lot for my work all across the United States and the team at this location is the best I've ever dealt with. In particular,Chase, Kellie, Amanda,Bryan, Herman and Kaykee are always eager to address my needs with such a great attitude. If you need a phone or service this is the place to visit.

I was in an unreal situation with an ATT Retailer, the folks at this store listened, cared, and were quick to jump to action to help me with my account. I cannot thank the lovely people here enough. They were courteous, professional, and all around enjoyable to work with. They saved me from so much trouble! Derrick is an absolute rockstar. Highly recommend.

I am a former Sprint customer who loved Sprint until they sold out and merged with TMobile...I have had so many problems ranging from billing issues to horrible customer service.
I was chatting with someone yesterday who told me they were with AT&T and they guaranteed that I would be satisfied with their service.
AT&T has made a great first impression! I was helped within a couple minutes, the rep was very knowledgeable and patient with me. I got the phone I wanted with an affordable price.
I am hoping that they keep it up!
By the way I can pay my phone bill online or in person and that means a lot to me.

Just concluded a conversation w/Chase B at the Grindstone corporate AT&T store in Columbia, MO. His competence and attention to detail during our chat was most helpful in keeping our service w/AT&T and affecting a phone upgrade for my husband and I. After 10 years w/AT&T we were looking at changing providers and phones, but Chase's customer service and knowledge kept us w/AT&T. We will be buying new phones this weekend, so he saved my Christmas gifts! Thank you Chase and we will be return customers at your location!
