The guy Andrew was very cooperative. Very nice. Use great. Customer Service really helped me out and the situation that I was in with my kids father taking me and canceling my number where I was not able to get it back. He was very much help and so was Customer Service very much appreciated. I’m a very happy customer. I will stay a customer of cricket.

Tony, the store manager, at the Grindstone store location helped my wife and I get our phone numbers and account back after getting hacked, likely caused by something called sim swapping (look it up). He spent hours on the phone trying to get things sorted. He ended up having to escalate our case higher to get it taken care of. Tony showed great customer service to us throughout our experience, constantly doing everything he could to help us. If we hadn’t gone to a cricket store, it seems highly likely that nothing would’ve gotten done with our issues, as cricket customer service via the phone. Tony was instrumental in our recovering of our phone numbers and account. He was a bright spot in our hacking ordeal for sure. Definitely who I would want running a store! Thanks again Tony!

Kayla and Aaron were both absolutely awesome and amazing in helping me resolve a tech issue on my new phone. They were both professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and exceedingly patient.
