I love this store. My favorite part is sitting on. The couches I don't understand my favorite part is sitting on. The couches they are just so good. I don't understand like I lay down on them. And I'm like, honey, God, don't mind me singing on this couch! Let me know when you're done, let me know when you're done. Uncle Jimmy is gonna sing here for a little bit about the beautiful couches. Dreaming about couches all day. And don't you dare cut my time short. Because you had to go to IKEA and grab that garbage.

Always get taken care of at the store. Furniture guys are all great.

I ordered a shelf unit online. After assembling most of it there was a factory defect. It took me weeks to get this far. Not because it was complicated but because I'm disabled and in pain. Jason at customer support was efficient and helpful. He said it was OK that I just couldn't take every piece apart. I brought it to the closest store, the Centereach location. I wasn't planning to do this today but I was 1 day past the 30 day return policy. I spoke with Bill, the manager. What a pleasure! He was professional, respectful & just plain NICE! He got Hector the furniture manager, also so helpful and nice! They were sorry it happened and both went out of their way to make the return so fast and painless, literally! I don't like asking for help but I was already in pain from putting everything in my car. I didn't have to ask! As Bill walked to my car with me to take the heavy box and 2 assembled frames, Hector was busy inside with the packing slip processing my return which I didn't know. I assumed I had to follow bill back inside but Hector suddenly appeared at my car with my refund receipt! I was speechless!
I asked them if that was it? I can just go? I was in disbelief! They said "of course!" as Hector made sure I know I won't see the refund for 2 days.
Even though the factory defect wasn't my fault, somehow I figured I was going to have to argue, mostly for not taking everything apart. Instead, I was so impressed with the way they act⁹ like they appreciate their customers! I will definitely be back. They have great deals, I just have to be up to shopping.
Big Lots, TREAT YOUR EMPLOYEES GOOD! YOU HAVE AN AMAZING STAFF!! Even the cashier I approached to ask for the manager was a very polite young lady!

Good prices, alot of things to buy.

Big lots is pretty decent, lots of inexpensive things and seasonal items. Big on Christmas items. Some employees seem to be a little lazy but they are millennials. Most products in the whole store are sadly made in China.

Always find a good deal.
Never enough cashiers but, they are friendly!

Nice, place. Staff was friendly, even when we price checked 4 items at the counter. We looked at mattresses and the guy informed us of a sale next week. Lower prices and then a sale. No pushy salesman, just someone being honest with us.

I love this store! I always find what I need at a great price. I was looking for a storage ottoman. They didn't have the one I wanted, but called the other store and had them hold one for me. Very nice customer service.

A great place with household items as well as furniture.

Have to say Brad at the Centereach store is an asset to this company. He goes above and beyond to be helpful and fix any problem that may arise. He returns phone calls too. Big lots your lucky to have Brad. We will definitely shop at this location due to Brad's professionalism.

This Big Lots is always clean and pretty organized. The customers have trashed it and the nice kids that work there do a good job of cleaning.up and always nice at the checkout. I appreciate them!!

Thus has been my guilty pleasure since it opened. I love their seasonal decorations *and they last*, they have interesting food choices too. If you want Walmart there is one steps away.

Big Lots was Very Nice. The store is well organized. I was able to find everything I wanted. The cashier was a dream, very pleasant and helpful.

Went for Santa pictures. Santa and his staff were amazing, kids had a blast. Will be back next year for sure. Shopping was good also.

We've shopped in this store a number of times. We always try to check all the aisles and find bargains.

Associates are always friendly and helpful as well as great things to buy.

I love this store, it’s my guilty pleasure. I could spend hours going through the aisles! My favorite is the grocery section, so many unique and delicious goodies in there!

Came to look for a white bookcase for my daughter. According to the Walmart and Kmart apps, they had a very low selection of white and mostly smaller pieces of furniture. Walked in and found just what she wanted! They had a broader selection and some nice companion pieces I can pick up in the future!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this store! Superb prices, especially on food items. Variety of retail from furniture to personal care to food. My go to store before Wal-Mart
