We had the joy of working with Lydia. She is absolutely delighted and knowledgeable. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for and was able to answer all hundreds of my questions. I’ve used other places paint and always have had to use two coats. We were able to take part in the 30% of sale and it proved be far superior coverage and quality. We are extremely please with the Emerald brand. It may cost more but the ease and the quality is worth it.

The employees at this location were so helpful every time I went in during our painting project. They gave great advice and were helpful every time. There is one employee in particular and im sure he’s the supervisor or something but he was there nearly every time we went in and hr was very helpful! On top of that the paint colors are GORGEOUS.

I’m always happy with Sherman Willems product. Employee are always helpful. Great location. I buy 99% of my paint from them. Paint holds up well and is easy to work with.

The workers at this store are phenomenal!! My son dropped his paw patrol bracelet while we were there and they emailed me on it. I didn’t get around to reading my email for a few weeks and to my surprise they still had it. When calling I spoke with a different employee than who originally emailed me on it and he was 100% in the know and they hadn’t gotten rid of it. Talk about going above and beyond!!
Not only did they go above and beyond with my sons bracelet ordeal, but while we were shopping we were welcomed and assisted with an excellent level of service and knowledge. In addition, they offered to carry the supplies out to my car for me which was greatly appreciated! You guys rock!!

What a wonderful experience of going over and above with customer assistance. Not only did the salesman give recommendations appropriate to my project, made an effort to get me the best deal, he carried my paint out to my car as he could see I was a senior lady. He was friendly, courteous and very helpful! 👍🙂

Bought a fair amount of paint and supplies here for a couple of work-related projects over the last 4-5 weeks. Their selection and quality are excellent. When/if I needed assistance with selecting a paint or stain, they had the answers and made recommendations. They stock a variety of items to get the job done from foam-brushes to Graco sprayers. Sherwin-Williams Paint stores are convenient and competitive.

The guys there are cordial and made us feel welcome. They answered our questions well and have a good deal of knowledge. A professional painter was shopping there, and he and the guys had a good rapport. Knowing that professional painters shop there gave us an extra feeling of confidence our painting project will be a success.

Great Staff and knowledge of materials. The store is tucked back on church court in Jenison; Michael & the staff were great helping me with items I needed to be successful on my home project. Will definitely return in the future. Highly Recommended.

During this time of uncertainty with the stay at home order, the team at the Jenison Sherwin Williams were able to answer and assist me with all of my questions and paint needs as I tackled an at home project. This is a great store. I typically, only purchase 1 gallon or so of paint at a time, but they always treat me very well. I love the paint. It's the only brand I use.

Fantastic customer service! Brought in a 15-year-old can of paint, hoping to get a gallon of paint close to the same color. The team spent an hour finding the closest match they could. Just finished painting the kitchen, and needless to say, I'm impressed!! The cashier even told me about an online coupon to save an extra 30%. Thanks Sherwin Williams!

Very friendly staff that helped me find exactly what I needed. Will definitely stop again! Even offered to take the product back if I wasn't pleased after a few brush strokes (not tinted) as I was between transparent and semi-transparent stain.

I accidentally went to the wrong paint store first. No one greeted us as we walked in. When I presented a coupon to the salesperson, she was not friendly and pointed out in a deeming way that I was at the wrong (brand of paint) store. We went just a little further down the street (like 1/8 mile) and walked into the Sherwin-Williams store. My daughter and I were greeted warmly as we walked in - even though it was late afternoon on a Saturday. The two young men working could not have been more friendly and helpful. They mixed up two samples of paint, showed us how the back of the SW paint chips recommended coordinating colors, and then proceeded to get the coordinating chips for us. They chatted with us while our samples were being mixed and then sent us on our way with more friendly wishes.

Always do a great job to make sure you get the best product for your application.

Caring professionalism is the best phrase. We went in with a lot of questions and came home with the right answers. The store sales rep was very patient and explained the process of choosing and mixing colors.
