AT&T Store

My phone is completely shattered and I NEED NEED it for work. Going Days upon Days without it is NOT an option in my line of work. I have to be reachable 24/7. I'd gone and spoken to 3 other people at other AT&T locations and all they did was try to upsell me or just brushed me off about my broken phone. Hallie spent 2.5 hours with me instore. Sat on HOLD for over an hour and a half with customer care trying to help me reset my AT&T pin in order to file an insurance claim. She was so patient with us. I get that's her job but she didn't seem the least bit burdened by it. She was absolutely happy to help us out however she could and trust me she tried and did EVERYTHING! She even checked in with me after my visit to make sure the claim was filed and my new phone was on the way! She is the only Sales Rep I am willing to work with. She is the BEST and genuinely cares about her customers! Thank you Hallie!

Hallie went above and beyond. She was helpful, friendly and efficient. She took the time to make sure I had the best plan for our family and updated equipment quickly. Great experience!

Hallie was phenomenal in helping us with a phone problem. She went above and beyond and even gave us written instructions and her contact information if we encountered more problems, which we did need and she responded right away. She definitely knows and does her job well, and has great customer service skills! We are so appreciative of her help.

i just wanna take a moment to thank hallie! i came in today with my phone that hasent worked in 2 days. she was so sweet and helpful. we even shared a few laughs while figuring everything out. she made my day and she was just so genuine. love her and her positive attitude! she deserves a raise for sure! i see all the other reviews mentioning her name and she deserves it. she’s a great person :)

Hallie was SO helpful in answering all of my questions in detail, I highly recommend you sign up with her. She is very thorough about getting each individual what they need at the lowest price possible.

Took care of us as soon as we walked in the door and had us on our way in less then half an hour. Took less than half the time of any other store to get a new line set up.

We went to the store and Hallie assisted us and she was super attendant with us and helpful. Very friendly treating! I recommend the store, if all the personnel is like her it’ll be awesome. 😃

Stopped here yesterday. Fast and very friendly service. Hardly a wait at all. Kevin was very thorough with me while setting up my Direct TV Stream. Nice to have a store in town. No more driving 15 minutes to wait around for an hour.
