Kamps Food Market

Old school corner store with a good selection of basic food items. Meat counter and cold deli area really good. Neighborhood not getting any better, so lock your car. Other than that, I like to stop here often.

What an amazing experience. I went straight to the meat counter. The guy behind the counter was awesome. He is the owner. Don't remember his name. Went in for hamburger and left with 7lbs. Only went for 4lbs. Lol. He was just so friendly and knowledgeable that i just bought more. They also offer homemade beef Italian sausage so hard to find. Since i don't eat pork. Finding beef bacon there was like heaven. Nobody carries it. So if you haven't tried it, you need to. Mmmmmm. Thank you for making my experience amazing. I will keep coming back.

This has always been mine and my brother's go to store super close and conveniently located near my brother's house which is nice to have a grocery store in walking distance. Kinda spendy but what isn't these days? The people that were working are so friendly even gave my nephew a little taste of a beef stick.. they even have pig ears that my brother's dog absolutely loves, what dog wouldn't? All around a great locally owned store. Keep up the great work.

I got a small meat pack. It was very nice. The cashier was nice. We had a brief conversation about Valentines Day. She was very polite and professional. It was around 3pm. She was the only cashier. I will be going there more often. But you got to call in advance so they can get it ready for you....call first fyi

I bought a while meat pack front his family store. U can substitute any meat on the packs, for example I don't eat pork so they have great alternatives. Family owned, great prices, great location. I absolutely love this market

Kamps meat market is amazing. They have been close long time family friends, going back to my grandpa! They have awesome service, make sure you are taken care of and friendly as can be. The prices are good and the quality of meet is even better. If you need a good store or meat market, give this place a try. Paul and Lisa will make sure you are taken care of!

I love Kamps! The prices are higher than Cub or another chain store but you pay for the convenience of small lines and super friendly staff! They are well stocked, it's always clean & have a great meat dept .with on site butcher! Super family store. Go!

This place has always been great. Very very helpful and not rude one bit. One of the last great places. Also the meat packs are great and always fresh.

I stop here at least once a month to get steak and waffle fries. I wouldn't dare paying this much at Cub, but I will gladly get the two largest sirloin steaks Kamp's has. The quality of the meat is phenomenal and the staff is always friendly. I've never had a steak I didn't like!

I just love this store they have a lot of my down home food like pig ears and feet really thick Bacon cuts just a lot of things that remind me of back home in Mississippi

Check out individual very kind ... helped carry my items to my car, which was very much appreciated. Butcher knows his products! Came away with a great T-bone steak and almost fat free bone-on pork chops.

Stopped by a few weeks ago before heading out on a fishing trip. Took the butcher’s recommendation on a few pork products and Bloody Mary meat sticks. Excellent, worth the detour.

Just left with a couple hand carved Vegas Strip Steaks. Display was down but the Butcher ran in back said "give me a couple minutes" came out with a hole shoulder got to carving. Great service. Thanks

There are reasons I would give less than a 5 star review, but after thinking hard about it, it all is due to the changes in the neighborhood, not the fine people making this little grocery store work. I have been coming here for 35ish years, this store has things that the big store chains stopped selling. When you ask big store about it, they say they'll order it and stock it, but never do. Here if you ask, she orders AND tells you what day it will be in. And there it is. I buy it. A lot of it. So if your not going to buy it don't ask. I don't know what I would do without this place. Thank you Kamps family for all you do!

Great neighborhood store. I've been coming here for over 40 years. Their fresh ground beef is the best! In store butcher shop. I quit buying the grocery store stuff after I had Kamp's. It is ground fresh daily and has great flavor whether you make burgers or anything else. I still live near the store but I know there are people who drive long distances just for the burger. They are open 365 days a year, so when you need anything on the holidays, Kamps is there. Great place to pick something up so you don't have to drive to the big stores. The same family still own's it.

Great small neighborhood store. Have known them for years, Meat packs ate great highly recommended them.

I grew up in a small town and love the feel of Kamps. I feel like the people can spends a few minutes to help you find what you need & there are some amazing meat specials. The packages are great values.
