This is the account I review buisiness with my service dog in training, Barbie. We have been here a few times. It’s usually pretty dead and we’ve found a few things. Kinda expensive but everyone’s nice. Closed at weird times too. Not their fault but it is what it is.

They are amazing. Their customer service is the industry standard. They’ve gone out of their way to find a game for my son. They are always helpful when you are in the store, and they command a knowledge that enables you to make great buying decisions. They are now my go to for everything.

This guys are amazing store clean they treat everyone really good even if u just window shop. Their prizes are great almost everytime their store is stack from funkos to collectibles. One of the best STORES IN CENTRAL FLORIDA.

Victor always helps me out in the morning and also answers the calls. Towards the evening calls are not answered, but it’s understandable since it can get very busy and the short staffing. A+ service :)

Game stop delivered two PS5 controllers on Christmas Eve in less than an hour, we were at Disney and the traffic was insane idk how they did it 🥰 and it was on sale !!

I made a quick stop here to pick up some controllers for our old Nintendo Wii since we have to stay indoors. They were amazing and taking extreme precautions to protect the store employees and the customers. They only allowed a certain number of people inside at a time and the first thing I saw when I walked in was a giant bottle of Lysol wipes and one associate wiping down the counter next to the cashier. Every employee was wearing gloves. They were helpful and professional and even though the store is currently open for business they are handling transactions promptly and efficiently and they are taking excellent precautions to keep everyone safe. It made me appreciate this location even more.

It's a game stop like any other really, you can pre order games buy new and used, the thing in my opinion that makes it a bit above and beyond, is the staff, they're all really nice and fairly knowledgeable about the actual games I've had them warm me about mediocre games and give me heads up on stuff I'm actually into, not just the picth for cod 2068 or what ever, so normal game stop experience with great employees

The associates in this store are super friendly and always go above and beyond to make sure I know when my games are coming out. They have took the time to learn what my family likes and make sure if something new is coming that we know about it.

This is my main gamestop and it's not just because it's the closet but. Because of the staff. Todd is awesome and is always going out of his way to help. Don't have the game your looking for they offer to look who does right away. Most staff has a extensive knowledge of the games new and old just in case you have the "how do you think this game is" question.

I like coming to this game stop especially when a new game drops and ask for team leader Angel we have alot in common like daysgone and new coming in September which is Avengers. However this individual knows what customers like and families he did introduce me to some good games which I did purchase and still playing to this day good job 🤙✌

I love going to this store something new everyday and the workers are so knowledgeable, Todd the store manager is the best, every game you could want and systems you may need, they except almost all major credit cards, if I had to I would travel from far just to make here it's worth it...
