AT&T Store

We went to upgrade our cellphone's and the rep Rebecca was so pleasant and had all the knowledge because she answered all our questions she is very good at what she do she's very nice and respectful will definitely come back to her anytime.

The young man was very courteous & very polite & helpful. He had it changed & correct promptly. Excellent service!

Had lost my phone and received a new one. Calling was not working so went into this store for my ATT service.
Manager whom I realize I didn't get his name, got me in and out and was very pleasant. I've had only huge bad experiences from every phone store with any company.
First time ever not being frustrated or waiting for hours!!! My go to now.

I was profoundly impressed with the representative that attended to my needs. I believe her name was Rachel and should be a model for customer service. The atmosphere was very welcoming and I would recommend it to anyone.

I was having IPhone issues and my Apple Watch wasn't working. Josh spent about an hour fixing my issues. The stores system was down that day so I returned 2 days later and upgraded my phone to a 12. . Excellent customer service. This man really knows his stuff.

5. David Vazquez went above & beyond service helping my husband & myself with purchase of 2 iPhone 12 & transferring data from old X phones. We were there over 3 hours and he helped other walk in customers, as well. Prior to this,My husband had placed 3 phone calls to store in Poinciana & David's politeness & courteous CS prompted our visit & purchases.

The young lady with dark hair was excellent (sorry I don't remember her name). She helped us with two SIM cards and no charge. I believe the tech's name is Jason and he assisted and was excellent as well. Great service.

I walked in the store today in need of a Sim Card. Unfortunately the store is out of Sim Cards but thanks to Rachel for thinking outside of the box I was able to fix my problem with an Esim. Rachel listed to my concern and resolved the issue promptly.

Finally a place to call my own. My Husband and I spent over six years with MetroPCS after communicating with them going to their store on several occasions our phones kept saying “NO Service” family & friend said “they couldn’t get through” we still kept paying our bill. The transfer to AT&T was a great experience. My iPhone 11 nothing missing or disturbed calls coming in and I can dial out and my Husband Samsung a10e nothing missing or disturbed calls are coming in and out and now we can call each other. Great customer service. What more can we ask for? Thank you AT&T.

I am extremely satisfied with my service at this store Carlos the manager made my visit extremely pleasant he’s very nice and answered all my questions and concerns to the T. I am glad I switched to this company so far I’ve had amazing customer service experience and amazing service/coverage I love my new 11 pro max and my awesome fast internet :) thank you at&t!

Customer service is awesome, I brought in no money however the gentleman (possibly the owner) that assisted me did a very good job at explaining the process to me. I would definitely go back.

This place has been so helpful , not only today but in the past as well . As a Canadian only visiting winter's each year Josh has been very assistive each year with our AT@T plan . Thanks once again.
