7-Eleven

Only thing I really want from a 7-11 is the slurpy. Twice the slurpy machine has been on. The other 15 times I've come here, they have all been turned off. Day, night... Early, late... always off. Always a disappointment.
UPDATE: The slurpie machines have been working the last week. Whoo Hoo. Bumping the rating by a couple stars.

The lady with the long eye lashes and her air pods is just really annoying, you can always count on here not being at the register when your in a hurry.

A self check out could do her job.

I have stopped at this 7-Eleven 4 times, each time to get a Coke Slurpee. Coke is NEVER working. This last time I stopped there was yesterday (12-23-2023). I parked in the back, but the entry door was locked. The door has a sign that says "This door must remain unlocked during business hours." Apparently the staff can't read. Again, the coke slurpee was not working, so I tried to get a Mountain Dew (fountain drink). It didn't have any syrup, so it was all soda. I dumped it out, tried to get Pepsi, but it was the same, very little syrup, mostly soda, so I dumped it out. I tried to get a Coke, same thing...finally I just threw the cup away and walked out. I won't be going back.... there is a review from 1 year ago, with the exact same complaint...obviously ownership doesn't care.

Just a dirty place . Nasty employees. Two times in 7 days no coffee made and both times employees acted as if it was my fault. Awful restrooms . Worse than most others . Terrible. I’ll take a picture soon ! No hot food here looks like kitchen will be torn out soon.

Brand new gas station, absolutely awful, not once have I been here where any of the slush machine were working, they have over a 1/2 dozen of them. The interior was a mess, boxes everywhere, employees don’t seem to know what they are doing, very condescending and unhelpful. The Exxon rewards are not available at the pump, and trying to get them to add my points at the register was, Confusing to say the least. Unless something drastically changes I’m not coming back

Store started out nice. Has gotten worse and worse over time. Tacos and food are no longer an option. (Tacos were really good some time ago). Bathrooms are disgusting, multiple days between cleaning from what I see. Empty shelves in numerous areas of the store.
I used to stop here to get ready for fishing trips and sometimes on my way to work, but it’s no longer worth visiting. Maybe good for gassing up, but the store is worthless.

Tyrone needs to be fired. I've witnessed him not ringing up items and even have seen where he accepts cash sometimes instead. Late nights he allows his friends and family to come and take things. If you watch the cameras you'll see the place looks like a circus and is quite unruly when he works. I don't understand how he's still employed but when they recognize the product is missing and the funds don't reflect appropriately it should be no surprise, you've been warned. Get the bad apple out. I'm sure 7eleven doesn't intend for this to occur and that's why I'm anonymously bringing it to the forefront -anon

I went in for breakfast tacos today. I waited in line for 10 minutes. When I asked for bacon tacos, the lady informed me that she didn't have any bacon. She the proceeded to try and brush me away. I refused. She then told me it would take 20 minutes to make bacon. That was definitely an unacceptable response. I asked for a manager. The Laredo Taco wasn't there. I then asked for a store manager. There was some young lady with twists in her hair and braces. She came over and was very dismissive. She told me I had to wait 1.5 hours to speak with kitchen manager. I think not. When I asked to speak to general manager of store , I was told they didn't have that information. Most stores have that information posted . I took pics of situation. The girl with the the twists and her co worker laughed at the situation and even told the police officer who came in to be on the lookout for me. So because I want proper service slash/ answers I am treated as a Criminal. This place has terrible employees, business practices and by the way the gas price posted on the billboard is incorrect. Once you get to the pump the price increases by 15 cents

So I've lived in the area for a few years and watched this store get built from the ground up. The original crew that worked that store was amazing, always friendly and everything was always on point. Now fast forward to the last few months...the store is always filthy, the current staff is not friendly by any means, the manager is rude as well. Their drink cooler has been broke for at least a week or more. All the drinks are warm. No straws for the fountain drinks either. I loved this store when it was first opened but now I will only go there if I absolutely have to and that's sad to say because it's the closest store to me. It's the worst convenience store in the area....

My wife and I stopped by for tacos. We went inside and no employee could be found in the entire store. After a few minutes we walked out and realized the employees were out in front of the store hanging out in their cars. They literally watched us walk in the store and made zero attempt to even walk in and help us. After I ask one of the employees if anyone was working today, she responded yeah, do you want something. Unbelievable! This is the last and final time I will ever make an attempt to purchase anything at this particular 7-Eleven.

Only 1 year old I believe. This place is terrible!! Super Dirty, the floor is sticky, the windows look like they haven't been cleaned in months, the staff is hardly even seen. Boxes are everywhere. Nothing looks fresh, never has fresh tea or coffee! Slushy machine never works! Everything about this place is sad! Who ever owns or manages this place should be very concerned! Im not even going to get started on the hot food section!! Get it together!!

The very first time I went there I purchased a cheese and fruit snack. Food looked good but once opened the fruit was full of mold or rotten to a mush. Won't do that again.

It was great when they first opened but after 5 trips of something being wrong I won’t be back. Old Tex mex, outta drinks, trash on the floor on most aisles, credit card machine not working, no one at the register because they were short staffed and she was taking trash out. Go to the shell across the street.

Multiple times this has happened. If my change is .52 and you don’t have Pennie’s, then your supposed to tell me. Not short change me and give me .50. Not cool.

I have been spoiled by the 7-Eleven on Harlem and Belfort. This 7-Eleven is closer to me, but I will not be going back to this 7-Eleven. The cappuccino machine has been out of product for a minimum of 2 weeks, at times the expresso machine is out of service. They never have my brand of cigarettes after I had to argue with a cashier that I bought them there before. You guy's need to get the manager of the store on Harlem and Belfort, because this manager you have at this store is not doing their job. My next question is what is the owner's name and number so that I can talk with them. They are not about to have a convenience store in this area that offers no convenience.

Lee was on some drugs I was here at nigjt around 2 he was out of it. Not responsive I didn't know what to do or who to call

Can anyone fix the slurpee machines? The same 6 flavors have been broken for the last 2 months.. literally only one flavor ever works
