Kroger Marketplace is reliable and well-stocked. The parking lot is never full, and shopping feels fun.

The shelves have all kinds of goodies while the meat and vegetable area is clean and sorted. We enjoy grabbing our groceries here.

During last 2 decades Krogar is a wonderful place for our groceries needs.

It’s more than just a grocery store and we always found all basic needs from this store with very special prices and deals and as a member ID we always get some extra discounts.

I would like to say my experience today with feeling a valuable customer was great. I asked Ms.Katrice, where the Bandages was located, she told me where she believed they were at, but decided to take me to the location, to make sure that I knew where they were located. She went over and above to provide excellent customer service, and I really appreciate that. 5 stars in my book.

Unfortunately I GOT SCAMMED for a $50 Lyft card- i wish Kroger would have done more for me rather than tell me to file a claim because I am an avid spender here but I guess I’m more mad at the scammers who do this. I bought another Visa card today and the pin was scratched off so I’m terrified- but so far so good. Hopefully scammers haven’t found a way to get in to the new gift cards (so far so good on the others) but I wish Kroger would help us get our money back or do some form of a voucher for money lost because I spend here like crazy. And still —— I just was so happy and finally want to commend Kroger for FINALLY getting a new vendor for their VISA AND MASTERCARD gift cards!! Because I got scammed on my first one, so I stayed away, with their old vendor. (And well I still bought a couple; but I stuck with the $50 ones). when I noticed a new vendor and cards, ooo wee I have been one buying like crazy for gifts, etc. but these new visa and Mastercard gift cards are phenomenal - easy to use, no need to register online, “scammer proof” so I don’t have to worry about being scammed. Like THANK YOUUUU.

Also I shop here multiple times a day and I appreciate and value each and every employee there. Such kind hearted, great people who are also patient with me (because we’re all human and hit bad moods. I tend to hit them more than normal.. but they’re always patient and kind even when I’m not the most pleasant person which I commend. Both the managers (is his name Paul? I’m sorry if I got it wrong :(. He’s such a nice and affable guy, and the last time I stressed him out, I didn’t get the chance to apologize directly, but he handled it so professionally the whole time even though I know it was a tough day overall. And then the other manager who I think is middle eastern, name is A or an E? (I’m sorry I will update this when I get the proper spelling of the names) is so nice to me every time I come in :)

I like the variety of products and the discounts with the card. Also they have good deals with coupons.

Very clean and things are easy to find

The is very well kept store, it is nice, clean, and bright. They have self‐check out, which is fast. It has many things that you normally wouldn't expect in a grocery store. Such as clothes and shoes.

Mr.Son is always friendly and provides great customer service. I actually prefer shopping in the late afternoon/evening… the late crew are very friendly versus the morning crew.

I don’t post many reviews but the ladies who work in the morning at curbside pick-up are awesome! One lady (I don’t know her name) is there in the mornings 7am always with a smile and she said she enjoys shopping for me. I pick-up groceries once or twice a week. Deserves recognition 👍

I really like this Kroger. There was a specific Peach Minute Maid juice that I was looking all over HEB and Kroger for but the shelves seemed to be wiped out of it.

I ran into the assistant manager, Leo, on the floor and within a few minutes he was able to replenish the stash of juice for me. Thanks again Leo!

Came to Kroger and they have clothing.

Customer service is always great here, staff is always friendly and willing to help out in anything. Store is always clean and organized.

Just wanted to shine a light on an awesome employee: his name is Son. I came in close to closing time. I had a huge produce order and instead of watch me fail trying to use self checkout, he offered to ring me up on a register himself. He wasn’t bothered and had a great attitude. These kind of employees make a good store great. Thanks again Son!

I love shopping here because it seems they have a wide variety of stuff to choose from and always the things that I want and need. I love how the store is laid out, and it never fails, we run into neighbors and have a few conversations while shopping. I love how fast it is to check out. I rarely experience any lines. The best thing are the savings using the Kroger card, and the gas points each month.

The people in the pharmacy are the best. Henry, Owais, Jonathan and the rest of the pharmacy staff are kind, courteous, and efficient. Sometimes dealing with your doctor's office can be a headache but the staff work diligently to resolve any issues. The store itself is pretty good and the deli is great! I've never had any problems with employees, everyone's attitude is usually upbeat.

Very clean and self check out was smooth

This Richmond Kroger has pretty much any groceries and produce you could want. Friendly people, decent prices, great selection, and great meat department.

Our favorite and most convenient grocery store. They have everything you need for dinner. Fresh foods, high quality ingredients, and a nice clean facility. We will continue to frequent this kroger as our primary grocery stop.

They have everything you need here at reasonable prices. Staff is super friendly and helpful around the deli and floral section. Groceries are usually fresh and constantly restocked. I highly recommend this grocery store!

Love the pharmacy and their full time pharmacists. I would go nowhere else with the exception only if they were unable to get my needed meds in a necessary amount of time. Great pharmacy employees but not too fond of fill in employees. The pharmacists are rude with the exception of the full time employees at this location the ones who fill in are rude and slow.
