Best experience I have had at any Bath and Body Works!. We were immediately greeted by Katie. She was wonderful and helped me buy gifts for my daughter for Christmas, asking questions to help find the right scent and products that were not overwhelming. She was absolutely wonderful and super friendly, walking us up to the register and waited with us engaging in friendly chit-chat! If you are in the area, I highly recommend this store. Very happy with my purchase and can't wait for my daughter to open her B&BW gift! I know she'll love it.

I LOVE Bath & Body Works. I'm always eager to give them my money and this time was no exception, I got away with 2 3-wick candles this time. At the Christown location I experienced something I don't think I have before. Male associates outnumbered female associates. It was nice & refreshing. It was a pleasure shopping there. I usually shop online(it's very hard & requires a lot of planning, needing someone to drive me), but being there in person allowed me to smell fragrances that I would normally. I even ended up buying one of those fragrances. The store was very neat and clean despite it being a busy Sunday and all associates were helping customers or ringing up their purchases. I would definitely shop at this location again.

I loved it here! It’s right next to the ulta beauty and I didn’t read her name tag right but Cindy if that’s the correct way to spell it was so wonderful to me and helped me out with picking certain things I wanted to buy. I’m definitely coming back again.

Best location I have been too! Parking is great and the store is right at the entrance of the shopping center! Amazing variety of items on sale from 50% or 75%. 🤩 The staff is also really nice and helpful. ⭐ Also the music was so cute and fun! One of the best places to go for me time and a huge shopping haul! 🛍

Was extremely satisfied. Every time we come we walk away happy. This time was helped out by Victoria super helpful checked the whole store and backroom for a specific scent. Thank you Victoria for the amazing customer service.

I always love going here. The workers are respectful. They don't come off as the typical pushy sale people. They allow you shopping space while being attentive to your needs and answering questions appropriately.

Employees are very helpful. Very embarrassing, but a few trips ago I dropped a and broke a candle. Employees were not inconvenienced at all just cleaned it up asap. I felt so bad and that was there only concern. Also bring your coupons from email, mail or wherever. Cashiers will work with you so you can use as many promotions as allowed 😀. The only reason I hate coming in is because I usually spend more money 💰 than planned,even with coupons.

They always have great sales, the store is always tidy and the ladies were very helpful. Definitely going back.

My first time at Bath and Body Works at Christown Spectrum. I love all the sales. My bottle of shower gel normal price $12.50 I got it for $3.63 so I bought 4 shower gel and 4 body lotion. At 71% off I paid $27.11.
I plan to go back.

The employee's are more than helpful. They are knowledgeable in the products that are available. Once you walk into the store, you a greeted immediately by an employee. They are willing to help you find the perfect product that you are seeking. If you descibe a type of scent you are looking for they immediately can show you one, right up your alley.

Bought product for my wife and even got something for myself love the body wash and spray for men they have a great sale going on but 3 and get 2 free. I smell great and the lotion is fantastic.

The last time I was there I had to wait in line to get in. Only a few were allowed into the store, but now you can go right in. They have a fairly new fragrance out girls, called "One in a Million " and you have to try it! It's amazing!!!!!!!!

I always get amazing deals here! Love getting the coupons in the mail and stacking them with in-store deals! Can't wait for the semi- annual sale...my all time favorite time to shop here!

Found some very nice products here for my wife. This place was very helpful also- Me and the kids got alot beautiful birthday presents from here.
