It's a great place for quick shopping. You can find all you need for your party very easily all in one place. The staff can help you find what you need and would recommend new things for you.

They have a great variety of produce. Everything's in Stock. The customer service is pretty decent.

I needed to visit the floral department today. I put on the "helpless guy that knows nothing" act, and the kind woman took care of me.

I had surgery a few weeks ago that made it very uncomfortable to walk any amount of distance. I also live alone. Having the ability to order and pickup helped so much. Thank you for having this. While I don't see leveraging it much now that I'm healed, I love having it as an option.

I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer care at the meat department today (Friday 9-2-22 at 3:15pm) with the butcher and assistant who were there. Happily went out of their way to get what I wanted. Also, the cashier, Ellen, is a complete dear. She has been there for several years and has always been awesome!

Really lovely staff that are always attentive, and many food options to pick from. I am pleased the keto and sugar-free options are becoming quite wide and varied.

Store is always clean and well stocked. The employees are nice and friendly from the encounters I've had with them. When it gets busy they open up more cashier lanes which is a problem at a few others I've been to. This is my favorite Safeway hands down.

Generally well stocked and clean. On ocassion the lines get really long, but it's usually a quick "in and out" through the checkout process.

Lovely experience with the bakery here. All the staff were very nice. Needed a special cake in two days and it was beautiful. We were really happy with it. So with the people, the work they do, and the price, you can't go wrong!

Man it's nice to have a 24hr store! Few miles down the road towards Walnut Creek you have the new new Safeway and it is Hella fancy and larger. Either one is my favorite! Reminds me of being stationed in Texas, where urthang was 24hrs, 2:34am and you're bored hit up Wallyworld. That's a great feeling, except it's Safeway in Cali

The staff is friendly and helpful. The store requires masks and has designated “one way” aisles. The cashiers wear gloves and clean the register area after each customer. They will give you bags, but if you bring your own, you have to bag your own groceries. Stay safe, everyone!

Always love this safeway location. Staff are nice and helpful, and the stock has been great lately. 👍 also very convenient for my ride home.

This Safeway has the nicest staff of any Safeway I've been to. Well organized and stocked. Very friendly up beat employees and honest people. I like this Safeway a lot.

Clean, plenty of lanes open with lots of self check registers. The lady watching over the self check was very attentuve & pro-active to help before I even asked! Wish I got her name :)

I like this Safeway because the staff is very friendly and helpful. Customer service is better here than Walnut Creek. The wine selection is also very good outside of San Ramon but if you ask for something specific they will more than likely get it.

Safeway is my choice to use as it's close to me where I've lived! Consistency with all there stores, some of the high end neighborhood's are Over the Top. I sometimes drive to those locations & feel Special. Keep it up Safeway!

Clayton Safeway bakery has such a great variety of baked goodies. They are fresh and delicious. Everyone at the bakery department is very friendly and very helpful. Mary Iacopetti is one of those people that will go beyond regular customer service. She will make sure that the customer finds what they are looking for. Mary will give them a personal attention for their unique needs. I am one of those grateful customers. Mary makes sure that I have my fresh and warm croissants whenever I need. She makes my day!

Been shopping here for years. Love a lot of the products they sell. Definitely a little expensive but so are most places these day's. Staff is friendly for the most part. It's also nice that their open 24/7
