Had a scheduled appointment at the minute clinic. They were right on time & Melissa was the absolute best!! She took the time to go over everything with me. I got the lab results of my blood work for the physical before I left. (My primary care doc can’t even do that within the same visit. I usually have to wait days for the results.) I was very impressed & would use again.

24 hour pharmacy - in and out in short order. Friendly staff. Very happy to have them at this location.

I've only been going here for about a year, but the staff is always nice & service minded, both at the pharmacy and the rest of the store. I've had shots, gotten prescriptions filled & transferred, bought OTC meds & gotten great advice on many things.

Like CVS a lot and with the Care Pass go there more than I normally would. Two self check out lanes. UPS pick up point also when on vacation mode and don’t want stuff sitting outside my door. Cashiers always good. People usually nice. My local CVS for vitamins, toothpaste, paper towels, snacks, etc. better than Walgreens any day.

Love this CVS. I’m older and the 24 hour drive thru is a lifesaver sometimes. Staff is always so great.

Before filling antibiotic prescriptions, the pharmacists often discuss them with me at length since I'm allergic to so many. Even when their phones are ringing non-stop, they will do their best to help me find and understand OTC products if the general staff is unavailable. About the pharmacy location: It's in a safe neighborhood (75214). They have two Rx drive-thru lanes (one for prescription drop-offs), you can get many vaccinations at the pharmacy, a MinuteClinic is in-store with EXCELLENT nurses (and a few rarer vaccinations), a waiting area with chairs near the pharmacy -- and it's a 24-hour store -- so honestly I don't know what more anyone could ask of a business! I love CVS and especially 6120 E Mockingbird Ln, a HealthHub. Ask the MANAGER to explain how their product discount system works: It's a bit complex but will save you money if you understand it. Last point: When I get in my car to leave, I now tear off the coupons I just received that I will likely use the next time and put them in an envelope. Then the next time I arrive, I take a quick look at the coupons in that envelope to see if there is anything I can use. OR go online and have the available coupons transferred to your CVS card.

Went in today to send MoneyGram. Helped by no less than 3 associates and all were extremely friendly and helpful. Best service I've received in a CVS.

The Drive thru Pharmacy is FAB and the people act as if they care! I tried the Walgreens down the street. WHAT a horrible place with a difficult staff. Looking for the same items. Told the Drive through what I wanted, they were back in just a few minutes with various options and then asked if I might like a different flavor. I told them I didn't want to bother them - they said "No problem. I'll be right back". AND they were! Go CVS! Avoid walgreens.

Miss Betty that works there during the daytime is the SWEETEST woman in the entire world. I'll come back and use this CVS just to come see her.

Treat her right! She's an amazing employee and just a genuinely good person. When I was having a rough day she just sat and talked to me and is such a warm person that I felt better by the time I left. <3

The staff is attentive, knowledgeable and friendly.

I would like to leave this review solely to praise the efforts of one Sengir (might be spelling that wrong sorry). I just watched as Sengir effortlessly dealt with the most obnoxious customer experience I've ever seen with the utmost respect and composure. Afterwards, he then has to deal with my card declining (for whatever reason) and a line after the unfortunate experience and still handles it well. Whatever happens to this man I hope he knows that he is an amazing customer service representative.

I’ve never had an issue with this pharmacy. They have always addressed my questions and acted professional. I will say that inside is quicker,
but it’s a busier location in general.

Many thanks to the very patient pharmacist who administered a flu shot to my granddaughter. She was not the most cooperative child, and everyone throughout the store was so patient. Much appreciated.

The cashier Mason is always super nice and helpful. I always come to this cvs because it seems to be a lot safer than the one off of Greenville which always has homeless people hanging around and it’s open 24/7.

My receipt says Mchammad and I believe his first name on his badge began with a B....well he was very helpful and patient when I couldn’t find the correct card.

Disregard any rude comments prior to this review. Excellent service and the entire brave COVID-19 staff are caring quality folks open 24 hours. 100% dependable and assisting.

Called their pharmacy after hours. A pharmacist answered the phone and my questions, and even recommended a better alternative. (The question was "can my husband take TussinCF in combination with X and Y prescriptions?")
