My 2-year old woke up sick with an ear infection Christmas Eve and after a quick telemedicine appointment had an Rx sent to this CVS before they were open. When I arrived to pick it up shortly after they opened, the pharmacist graciously expedited the order and had me out the door in 5 minutes with a smile wishing for my son to feel better (and even offered to ring up my children's Tylenol at the counter!) I appreciated the compassion and cheer, especially whilst they were working the holiday!

well I just want to say that the cashiers are always so very pleasant and kind and polite but those pharmacists in the back are arrogant and they ignore customers who have questions about over-the-counter medicine I got I have arthritis and my lower back and I could barely walk that day because my iron was also low and I went there looking for iron pills and gummies could not get those arrogant pharmacists to help me in any way, this kind of thing happens almost every single time I go in CVS I can't stand up that long so I have to get in there and get what I need and get back out and they make it very hard on disabled people so I don't know what to say but do your job and that's helping customers whether it's prescription or over the counter they need to do their job . just because you can't see arthritis and five bro on the outside of the body I'm telling you they put me through misery in that store, and you can say excuse me ma'am and they do not even act like they hear you it's they are ridiculous

Karen and Brownell were cordial through my vaccination process. My vaccines were crazy expensive, but the price was comparable to other providers in the area.

Thank you CVS for offering such quick, easy and low-contact COVID testing for free. I was able to book a testing appointment that day and the entire process took less than 15 minutes. The pharmacist who assisted me was so patient and friendly and walked me through everything step by step. This is a great resource for our community. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough good about this CVS location. The staff in the store and Pharmacy are helpful, friendly and attentive. The Pharmacy staff is experienced, knowledgeable and has always gone above and beyond to help me either on the phone or in person. They are my first call for any medication related questions. I went to another location for a flu vaccine and had bad results. I won't make that mistake again. Don't give up on CVS--just come to this location.

Wonderful staff and pharmacy personnel. Very helpful, and the cashiers up front strive to make a very warm welcome and almost always greet each customer either coming or going. Pharmacy members are VERY helpful and process and fill prescription needs in a very timely manner even during the busiest times. Both pharmacists are VERY knowledgeable, trustworthy, caring, and supportive. I originally had been using the CVS on 26 & 52, prior to the hour changes and the horrible construction during the summer; but after having a few scripts filled with the Salem St CVS, and feeling quite confident and experiencing the consistency of the staff friendliness and courtesy; I have fully transitioned all my scripts to the Salem St CVS and fully intend to stay with this particular pharmacy. Real people who actually care about customer service; a rare trait to encounter within numerous retailers anymore.

This store provides a great service to the whole community!
I love shopping here, not only for makeup, snacks but medical needs as well.

Pharmacy today at 11:30 and was incredibly kind to me. I have lost my voice completely and was getting a COVID-19 test done, and she was incredibly kind and helpful.

Great organized smaller store. But the people who work here are AMAZING. CAROL is the best. And of course my pharmacist Jason. Stop in. Say. 👋🤗

Pharmacists are very helpful. They will help with insurance issues. They care if you actually get your meds. Even if it's a day or two worth just until insurance gets straightened out. Other pharmacies would care less if its Friday night and no insurance reps are available until Monday.

Young sweet friendly Purdue girl helped me out when I was there! So calm helpful and patient! She told me she is studying about climate page such a winner! Love cvs

I like coming to the CVS because it is cleaner than others in the area. There are generally less people in the store and I can get quickly in and out of this location.

Experienced people in pharmacy. Quick and easy access for Rx and for someone that doesn't like crowded places..is excellent!

Friendly staff, efficient refills on prescriptions, and pharmacists are always very accommodating and helpful!

They are efficient, friendly, courteous, and most of all will try what ever you need...to happen! Give them a goal and they are Outstanding!
