Came in for frames and they had it in the sizes I needed with such a steal of a value. Got 10 artworks of different sizes framed for just under $70. The sales are amazing and the staff was quite helpful!

Matt, from the custom framing section, was beyond helpful with finding the perfect frame for my girlfriend's diploma (surprise gift). Matt really helped me explore all options and gave me genuine feedback as if giving advice to his own family. I almost cried when I saw the finished product and my girlfriend certainly did cry when she saw it. Can't thank Matt enough.

Popped into Michael's to return some items and look for some Chanukah-themed decorations for my mom's apartment. Was thrilled to find a small display of items that were marked down and found these two perfect items! Mom was beyond pleased and thankful that Michael's had chanukah items. Service was excellent, and the cashier even helped me out with a coupon!

We stopped in at Michael's after a quick lunch at Jason's Deli next door. The store is nicely laid out and is bright and airy. The store was well organized and very clean - even the Clearance area which can get easily disheveled. The fall displays were already out and looked super cute too.

They always have a good selection in every department. They always have good sales and coupons with your previous receipt. There are so many ideas for creative urges. The stores are well labeled and organized, and the staff is always attentive, helpful, and friendly. I love that their stores are small and focused on making things. The parking lots are convenient, not a mile wide, and easy to park close and zip in, zip out of the stores.

My wife is a crafter, and we are here often. Normally, a good selection of the essentials supplemented with a good bunch of extras. Nice, helpful people in a well laid out store

Love this store. Always find the art supplies I need but it feels smaller and cozier than some of their other stores. Decent assortment of yarn, though they don't stock much specialty/natural fiber. The displays change just enough to help you notice new things you didn't even realize you needed. Sign up for the rewards account. There are always sales and coupons. I don't think I've paid full price for anything in months.
