I love my Polar Pops and hot peanuts. It's a daily stop on lunch across the street from work. Everyone working there is always super friendly and the gas is usually cheaper than most.

We spent 121.36 on fuel but were not allowed to use the restroom. The corporation and owners of this particular store should be ashamed of their lack of hospitality toward their customers. Never again.

Rude employees and even ruder managers. Disgusting inside and outside. Employees seem to have NO customer service training at all and the management doesn't seem to care.

Won't be surprised if this location is bought out/closed down. You guys are losing customers every day. My mom went there yesterday and said she "didn't feel safe".

I have been to many Circle K, but none are as bad as this location.

The "MANAGER" with purple hair working on 4/6/23 11:45 at night. Is rude and disrespectful. Tried to tell her the pump charged me for another type of gas when I know for a fact what button I pressed and she was just rude about the whole situation. Didn't want to hear anything I was saying . Then started talking about me before I could get out the door . I see why she's working where she does cause she's unprofessional and unpleasant

Dirty and they never seem to really make the hot food unless they feel like it which is the only reason I'd come in but usually they can't even do that. The rollers do all the work just put the food on there what's so hard about that? And the bathroom is always out of order or are you too lazy to het off your phone and clean it?

Went in after work on 11-1-2019 the fountain drinks were out didn’t have any replacements instead got a cup with ice and 2 Pepsi 2litres and rang up for $4.26 and when I asked if that was right because a sign said 2 for $3.00 I was told oh that must of ended so I went back made sure I read correctly and again told cashier that is says 2 for $3.00 and she said oh well let me take care of these people then I’ll get to you. So in short I’d rather take this time that it would have taken for me to get my money back to write this review. This location will go down hill soon.

None of us on Central Parkway come here anymore because the management is too cheap to have 2 people checking out at the registers. The average line is 5-8 people. Very sad because they pay barely over minimum wage, and 3-4 customers would pay the hourly wage of one more checkout person. It’s the same deal at the kangaroo on Beach and Hodges near my house. Daily’s and Gate rock!

I came in this morning to purchase gas and the older lady named Stacey with a subway shirt was very rude she practically threw my change at me and was very unprofessional. This was a very unpleaeant experience and I won't come back there. You guys need to train your employees to have better customer service worst experience ever!
