We had a really positive experience getting our wedding materials and signs printed at this location. Fatou was beyond helpful and really charismatic, she is awesome at what she does! There was a young male associate (I forgot to ask his name) who was also very helpful! One of our signs' colors printed a bit off and the employees quickly re-made the sign. I recommend them for any and all printing needs!

Vivian. A bilingual young lady. On Tuesday valentine’s Day. She made business cards and a stamp the same day. She was very professional and very patient. Office Depot doesn’t deserve her. Her customer service was amazing. Thank you Vivian.

Great experience with the printing. Service was fast and went beyond my expectations. I received my high gloss colored prints same day even though the expected turnaround was next-day. The quality of the prints were excellent.

I had ordered some same day business cards and when I received them I noticed that part of my email was cut off. I asked if they could fix it, I was nervous that they would decline or ask me to reorder and pay for a new set, but instead they took a few more tries to get everything centered, but they fixed it. This is the best Office Depot in Austin. I’ve used this one for 3 different printing projects. Each have been pretty time consuming and complicated. The staff is so patient with me and kind.

The Service at the Office Depot I went to was spectacular. I wasn't as much impressed by the quality of the product, but that has nothing to do with the staff there. My desk looks nice, but that finish is going to come off easily.

Ynacio is absolutely the reason I choose this location for my canvas and poster prints. My formats are never perfect and they can make it difficult to fit into the available sizes, but Ynacio knows exactly what I need and goes above and beyond to ensure my prints work out. The process is easy and I appreciate his expertise with some of the more challenging tasks I throw at him. Thanks Ynacio!

Natasha provided outstanding customer service. The store was clean and everyone was ready and available to assist customers. I truly appreciate the great customer service. I will continue to shop this location in the future.

In a nutshell…guys on the floor were very attentive, got me to whatever I needed with a sense of urgency, and were very knowledgeable. And, Natasha was the exclamation AND the point of the experience! Her customer service skills were on another level, and I can not say enough about how awesome of an experience I had spending a hundred bucks! Lol Left feeling better than I went in.

Needed some printing done on large card stock and was in a bit of a deadline. As I arrived I checked in and it gave me an estimated time. There were quite a few ahead of me but thanks to the two behind the counter they worked quickly to get to everyone. I was helped by Hugo and it was such a pleasure! He helped me straight away and was very knowledgeable. Thank you for wonderful service

The store is always clean and brightly lit. Items are easily found. The workers are friendly and ready to help.

Whitney helped me print a project at the Print & Copy Services desk today. She was helpful, friendly, and efficient! I printed 25 double-sided pages on 8.5”x11” card stock. There was about a 10 minute wait then the designing and printing process took another 10 minutes or so. I would recommend for Office Depot for simple printing jobs like this (I’ve also used them for posters). I haven’t used them for for anything too complex but I’d give them a try before going somewhere else!

I needed a report copied and spiral bound. The team at the business desk patiently assisted me with my request, gave a professional overview of the different binding options and made sure that the non-profit I worked for was set up in their system so we did not need to pay sales tax. They completed the job on time producing a professionally bound document. I greatly appreciate their help and friendly service.

Stephanie went above and beyond for me as a customer at Office depot. I was there right before closing time and she still tended to me without being frustrated or impatient. Most people in customer service are not as pleasant as she was. She went the extra mile to help me. She literally saved the day as I was there for a last minute project. Stephanie deserves recognition. I will be sure to chose this office depot in the future. Way to go, Stephanie!!

Natasha, was very helpful, as I showed up with only photos on my phone for the ink cartridges we needed for two different HP's, she called and gave me the information on which ones I needed, therefore managing my time efficiently.

A customer service person was very helpful in placing an online order for me and using my rewards, which I had been having trouble doing on my own.

The General Manager working today around 3pm was awesome! I wish I caught his name but I do hope this positive comment makes it back to him and he gets deserved recognition.
He was very patient in trying to help me with a return while answering several questions from other customers and helping other employees at the same time all while maintaining calm professionalism. Great work and thank you sir!
