Amazing service! We needed help finding a part for our RV gas line and the manager went out of his way to help us find exactly what we needed.
All the employees working on Thursday Oct 27th were wonderful! They were helpful, knowledgeable and extremely friendly! They were able to set us up with what we needed and provided excellent, personal attention. If we lived in the area it would definitely be our go to hardware store!

Went in there today looking for a bolt for my moving dolly, Mr. Jacques Mailhot noticed the wheel was actually broken, rather than trying to hike me over a fence with unnecessary purchases, out of kindness on his part and his high standards of professionalism in store, he took it upon himself to fix my wheel in store. You won’t find this kind of customer service at Home Depot or Lowe’s. Will definitely be a return customer here!

I like this store for the convenience, growing up as a kid I worked in a True-Value HDWE store in my hometown, brings back lots of memories.

Store is chock-filled with things you need! Wide assortment of electrical, garden, plumbing and general purpose goods.

Very helpful staff. I went there at the last minute. They kept the door open and help me to find the tools what I wanted. Highly recommended place.

Went here looking for one specific item that one would not normally think of being in a hardware store. Spice. Dan-O's all purpose seasoning specifically. I've seen so many recipe videos using this all purpose, low sodium seasoning that I felt compelled to seek it out and try it. Keith Ace Hardware is one of the few retail stores in central Texas that carry it. Sure enough. Go get you some. But it's not cheap.

I lived in the Georgetown area for 12 years now and have just now gone to Keith's Ace Hardware, the service is amazing here, great people and atmosphere!!

Was greeted and offered assistance as soon as I've entered through the doors. Home Depot and Lowe's need to learn on how to service their patrons from Ace

Guy waiting just inside door asked if he could help. Showed him on my phone what I needed. Took me to the correct isle where we found it. Great experience.

Super helpful, friendly staff! It's close to me than Home Depot and most times the quality is better and you don't have to buy a box of screws when you only needed 6. They have pretty much everything. If they don't have it, you probably don't need it!

1st time at this location and in the 10 minutes we were in there, three different employees came up to us to ask us if we needed help. Twice we took them up on their offer. Had everything we needed. Definitely coming back especially since it's on the way to the bigger store we normally go to. Also, veteran friendly which is greatly appreciated.

I try to do a lot of DIY fix it projects and this is my "go to" place for supplies as they not only help you find the best items for your project, but also will give you hints or tips on how to do it. You never have to walk all over the store to try to find someone to help you - they are literally at your fingertips, but not in a push or obtrusive way. Also, they are friendly and knowledgeable. So glad we have this as an option .
