I stopped by the UPS store to make a few Amazon returns. I was greeted by Andy and learned that not only will he return the XS bubble-vest (that I originally ordered in a large) to Amazon, he will also print off the label and allow me to take a peek around to see what else they had to offer!

I went in to return 3 Amazon packages right after Christmas and wouldn't you know it, there was 12-15 people in there doing the same thing. I had an issue with 2 of my 3 returns that was Amazon's fault. Joe and Tim made sure I was taken care of and helped me sort out the mess I had ALL while getting their butts kicked by the flood of foot traffic coming in and out. I was extremely impressed as they did not overlook me to take care of other customers. Guys like that deserve the upmost respect as I'm sure they deal with a slew of issues all day long. Thank you gentleman for prioritizing customer service. Its quite refreshing in the day and age we are living in. Hats off Joe & Tim.

Stopped in to drop off an Amazon return. It happened to be a busy time, but both Tim and Lindsey were very welcoming and made sure that all of us waiting were helped and all set quickly.
