So I been eyeing the play art kai action figures by Square Enix and was able to catch Aerith in the red dress on a discount. This is my first purchase with BBTS and was excited to receive my package. The Shipping and handling was great, figure came with double box and cushion. Package arrived within about 7 days. I unboxed the figure to find out Aerith’s heel was broken on one side. Shortly after I took some photos to send BBTS and see if there was anything I could do about the defect. I received an answer from Barb and her communication and customer support was fantastic. Barb quickly replied and sent out the instructions and label to send back the defective figure for a refund or replacement. Really relieved to hear that, almost assumed I was going to be stuck with a defective figure that I paid premium square enix price for. Waited about another week and figured came in with no issues. I am more than happy with my purchase from BBTS and will look forward to future purchases. Thank you Team BBTS.

Got the Neca Feral Predator. The box/figure was in amazing perfect condition, shipping was fast, and it was very well protected in transit. HIGHLY recommend this store for any figures.

I've been after Slug SS86 for a very long time after missing out on its initial release.

Living in UK your options are pretty limited and whilst I knew about BBTS I had never ordered from them before.

Well all I can say is that their reputation for being pretty damn awesome is thoroughly deserved.

If you live outside the US and are worried about ordering then hopefully I can put your mind at ease by saying BBTS are very sage and trustworthy.

Ordered this awesomeness for my boyfriend for Christmas! Love it! The store is very reasonably priced with low shipping costs and very fast shipping even around the holidays! And don't forget about all the amazing merch!

There are tons of options with a large variety of toys and collectibles. The Pile of Loot option for shipping is a blessing as it can save you on shipping fees. They box and ship your items extremely well on top of it. It is just a shame there is no actual store to go visit. I would love a tour! I always look forward to getting emails about new items.

Bryce with customer service is awesome. He was there to help and listen to my complaining and problem. He even worked with me on resolving my issue and even gave advice to help speed things along. Definitely satisfied with this company!

I am based in Australia, the pile of loot feature is amazing for getting everything to be shipped all at once.

Just ordered 1/6 scale Scorpion and Sub-Zero from Storm collectibles! I am very excited about them. However up on receiving my order which was shipped promptly I discovered that scorpion had defects in his mask which was paint chips that was concealed by a touch-up brush.. I have reached out to them the same day as delivery I'm hoping on receiving another figure or a new head.
(On Monday July 3rd Big Bad Toy Store reached out to me and said that they had shipped my new figure I'm very excited!)

This is the coolest online toy store I have ever experienced. They have so much stuff and have the latest releases of just about every action figure on the market and they truly have their hands on the pulse of what is going on today in the toy industry.
