The friendly guy behind the counter found me a car battery quickly and I was out the door in under 5 minutes. Good staff, well-stocked.

Great customer service, top of the line delivery drivers, and a very knowledgeable team. All of them should get raises. I really would recommend this storefront for the rest of my life. Outstanding team!!!

Knowledgeable and helpful staff. One person in particular stood out, I believe his name was Frank. I didn’t really know what my best option was and he was able to walk me through and explain in detail the different batteries and how the warranties worked.

When I saw that Planet Fitness had closed up shop, everyone was eagerly waiting to find out what was next. Along came Napa! They took over quite a bit of the back of the building, and even though I usually deal with dealerships(new(er)) trucks, this place is a mere 2 minutes from my house! I've needed those little plastic pop-pivets(that keep the front end on, so they seem), but every dahm time i get the "oem" parts from the dealership, for waaaay to much, they never fit! The über-friendly staff at Napa took the time(twice, 2 different trucks), to go pull a rivet i still had attached, measure it, and give me the perfect size, both time! I can't say enough how happy I was with the service(and finally getting my trucks put back together!!), and the prices weren't bad either! Come give these guys a chance, they won't disappoint!

Great store & customer service!! So new and fresh feeling, I had a great experience. Chase helped me get some parts for my car and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what my car needed and what they could help me with. I won’t go anywhere else for parts now after an awesome experience. The service can’t be beat, if you are in ask for Chase. I think he might be a manager but he is willing to go above and beyond for any customer that comes into the store. Beyond impressed!! 5 stars!!!

Daniel was awesome! He helped me figure out exactly what parts I needed when I didn’t even know myself what was right for my car. He went above expectations in helping me get what I need and I’m so thankful! I’ll definitely be sticking with NAPA from now on.

I'm beyond impressed with this store, and Chase specifically. He really went above and beyond for me. He assisted me with way too many things to name, including building a radiator hose assembly and even gave me his number to ensure I made it to my destination. If I lived in Austin this would be the only auto parts store that would get my business. I'm beyond grateful and wanted everyone else to know it.

Napa auto in oak hill is a great store. Location is very convenient but can be a choir to get into as the y in auto hill is a total mess and you will definitely hit traffic. Staff is very helpful and friendly and they always have what I need on stock.

Broke a CV axle on my truck. Ordered new one Sunday am from NAPA with free same day delivery and it showed up 2 hours later. Swapped it and truck was back up and running. Excellent experience.

I just want to recommend Chase! He has tremendous customer service and is the reason I keep coming back to this location. If you stop in one day, ask for him.

The employees at the Y- GOODWILL are very friendly and helpful. I found 3 swim trunks like new for about 10 bucks. As a matter of fact one pair had the original stores tags on them.

Super helpful people in this store! They helped me find an inexpensive replacement for my battery when it was dying and gave me a referral to a fantastic auto shop with great mechanics.

Stopped by after work on a cold, rainy evening to buy some wiper blades. Super nice and helpful, even put the blades on my car for me. Highly recommend!

I ran out of gas right next to this store and Mike helped me figure out how to put gas in a capless gas tank! He even went back in the store to get a funnel before we realized there was one as part of the original equipment.
