Very helpful staff that is always extremely friendly and willing to go the extra mile. We had some issues were unfortunately an item got stolen off of our porch and the staff member spent about 30 minutes trying to do his best to help us out, do you want above and beyond even though the result was not in our favor. Do not be afraid to go to this Best Buy they are very knowledgeable and will do their best to help in any way possible.

This is really a great Best Buy. The people are knowledgeable and there's always enough staff to support your needs. It's not typically crowded and there's significant merchandise options. Order ahead and returns are also easy. Pricing is on par with other retailers with the exception of specific Costco discounts.

Great place to buy electronics and electronic parts. Everything is easily available and the staff are very helpful. I even made the mistake of getting wrong ram for my computer in the return process was as simple as buying it if not more simple. Would definitely recommend this place to many more.

Senior agent Jaclyn has been an amazing resource for me that has guided me through the most difficult of times with her smarts, talent, kindness, great understanding, and her ability to fix virtually anything. She has been so helpful and supportive, I don't know what I would have done without her. It is her kindness, and her greater gifts and her ability to bond with people that makes her so unique. I can't tell you enough how I value her service and highly recommend Geek Squad but most of all I would be lost without her. I recommend anyone who has technological needs to visit her, she is very much a rarity.

Everyone in the store is so nice and helpful. No commission means no pressure salesman! While I understand that some places work like that and everyone needs to feed their families I can't stand feeling pressured to buy something or the always popular upsell on top off your purchase. After having 2 people “look” for an external drive for me for 45 minutes. They said they could not find it after leaving the store aggravated because online they said they had 10 in stock. A very nice young woman came up to me and asked if everything was OK and I told her no she actually was up. I told you the problem and she said oh I got you. Not even five minutes later she returns with the item. Thank you so much drica. She is a store manager for a reason. And she deserves a promotion because her customer service skills are beyond anything I’ve ever had experienced at a Best Buy before.
