Edit updated 2024: still amazing customer service, fabric still looks to be in good shape, also enjoy the remnants choices in stock, I was ahle to get one and done. Also had to do a pick up order, both transactions went alright.

We purchased a magnet product for my special needs child. We tried to take the magnet out and it ripped the sticker off of it.
Picture attached.
My spouse and I will see if we can salvage it, if not we will likely return it since the sticker separated so easily.
My main reason I have not purchased from JoAnn is because the company was bought out during pandemic and the quality of items has gone down.
I was hoping this was not still the case, but, I will see how the other products handle our projects.

I received help from Jessie and she was AMAZING! I had to stay under a certain budget and she was able to assemble my desired quantity of blankets well within my range. She was super helpful when making selections, cutting the fabric promptly, and really understanding of my situation and being aware of the budget and the deadline. Thank you Jessie and Joann Fabric staff!!!

So happy to see that Joann's was open on Labor Day. I was able to pop-in and pick up supplies to make a dog leash. I wanted to make a lead and matching bow-tie for our new puppy for Randolph Macon game days. Found the color and motif I was looking for and, just as important, the hardware. Check out the coupons on their app. My total cost was less that $10! Staff was nice and the store is well stocked.

I love this store If you have the app, there are always good coupons (or there are some coupons on their website that anyone can use) to get a good find for cheap. The workers are always helpful, the selection of fabric, tools, decorations, etc. is wide, and I have had no problems when I have needed to exchange something (with receipt). Just got this pretty fabric the other day and made an adorable shirt with it. See you again soon, Joanns!

Smaller than the other Joanns I've been to but, the employees will do all they can to make sure you get all the discounts that would apply to your purchases. So don't try to be deceitful on what you deserve. This was the mabagerthat rung me up & she was so happy to apply the discounts. Mind you, I did not even know. She alerted them to me. Thk you

they have a large variety of beads and beading supplies . They are no longer just a fabric store

This is my go to spot for fabric and materials. They have a great selection of cloth, thread, and all the various and assorted accouterments one could feasibly need. I really like having a homemade handkerchief in my pocket, and I can use the different cloth patterns they have to make ones both unique and attractive.

They have alot of things I've never seen like mini irons. Some of the softest materials too! Foam sheets in different sizes. Alot of different crafts. I know I missed some things but I'll have to go again and look at everything! It takes alot of time to study it all!

Great place to shop locally for fabrics. They have expansive variety for large or small projects. Very keen availability for seasonal supplies needed for upcoming projects. Staff is very helpful w/questions & pricing concerns. Even though I arrived minutes before closing they were helpful & friendly.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. In these days, fabric stores are few and far between. This store always has what I need.

I have a passion for purchasing yarn for crochet projects. Sometimes Joannes prices Can be a little bit high. However, their sales are incredible! And I go back and back and back!

Not convenient to where I live but they had everything I needed and told me how to use the coupon to get 40% off of my $95 piece of fabric. Win. They do need more employees though

Usually have great sales and any fabric you need. The lady who usually cuts our fabric is super nice and entertains all conversations my daughter wants to have. That helps because it makes her not hate going for moms shopping :)

First time visiting Joann Fabric and Crafts. It was better than I expected. It remind me of Hobby Lobby, except better prices and it has more craft and fabric choices. The employees were polite and kind!

The store is very nicely stocked, the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. I was looking for a particular item but they don't have it here, the employee who was helping me, Leslie, ascertained which store location has it for me. I found some Halloween fleece I wanted, got my yardage cut, paid for and was on my way! Great experience, I will be back!

This isn't one of their larger stores... Gotta go to Midlothian for that. But it's decent in its own right. Still plenty of fabrics to choose from. Not the largest yarn selection, but it's not horrible either. I mostly come here for fabric anyway.
Don't forget to download the app to gain access to certain coupons. Yesterday's coupon gave me 70% off of keepsake calico fabrics!! That's unusual, but the point is to get whatever coupons are available.

Really good place to satisfy your crafting urges. I've gotten unique books in here, crates to hold my CDs, and seasonal stuff. Staff is friendly & knowledgeable. An excellent store! Always busy.
