Above and Beyond!!! I was looking for a specific New Balance shoe. I searched everywhere but unable to find them. I finally went to Glendale Big 5 and the customer service was awesome. The manager, Ken, took my information and said he would find them for me. It might take some time, but he would find them. A couple weeks later, I received a phone call that my shoes were there and ready for pick up. I was very happy and so grateful to Ken and the staff at Big 5. Thank you😊

Employees were awesome. I was looking for shoes for my dad. While one was looking for them at another store another employee overheard and pointed and started to walk me over to where the shoe's were located. Thank you.

I called to check on an item I was looking for... I didn't know what the item was listed as. So, I described it and the young lady said, "Soffe" (I said, "yes that's it!") that was the brand...

That's why I'm giving it 5 stars! (She of did what Burbank did and brushed me off. But instead took the time to listen to me.) And because she knew her product(s)! At the Burbank branch they didn't seem to care or want to help and or knew what I was talking about! And so I drove 15 minutes away to get what I wanted!!! Wish I had gotten her name though... I just called and it could Araceli or Consuelo... I will confirm on later date... make sure the right person gets the recognition!!!

Friendly customer service, amazing product at the best prices. Staff is really cheerful and will make sure you don't feel judge if you are unsure of what you are buying.

I went to purchase a Daisy Powerline 880 that was on sale. But they were fresh out besides the floor model. I was able to purchase that one minus the scope that came with it and the box and instructions for an additional $15 off the sale price of $59.99. It was a good deal because then I would have had to wait for their next shipment and have to get a raincheck or the other option to have the item shipped to them from another store would had taken 3 weeks according to the manager. But being able to just purchase the floor model saved me the extra trip to another store and the 2 closest are the Burbank and Highland Park. But due to what my transportation vehicle was a bicycle, I was very happy with the purchase.

The Asst. Manager Connie could teach alot of people in customer service. She is knowledgeable intelligent and really understands the products in store. I rarely write reviews but in this case I had too.

Informative and sometimes awesome clearance sales. Although, lately you can't buy 100 pounds without spending 300 bucks... Weird exchange rate these days.

Everything I wanted to buy was there and at a good price. Staff were helpful too. No lines and easy. I guess parking options were limited but I drive a motorbike so no problem for me.

Way better than Dick's and better prices than Amazon. Friendly staff. There are always coupons online and in those ValPak mailers, so make sure you take a look.

Went to get some hiking boots, found ones for $20. Nice! Helpful staff as well

I've been to this location afew times out of convenience. But each time that do pay a visit I'm quickly approached by a staff member with a warm greeting and offer their assistance. Outstanding customer service.

The management and staff are so nice.They really know how to take care of their guest.

It was a busy day at the store but the staff was still very friendly, polite and helpful. I saw some great teamwork and i appreciated being helped quickly and efficiently.

Good deals to be found especially in shoes if you're patient enough to get through the clutter. Make sure you sign up for ads and their many coupons.
