Pet Supplies Plus White Lake - Cooley

I usually take my dog here every 2 weeks so he can pick out his treat - usualy a rawhide bully twist. These have gotten very expensive over the last few year but Pet Supplies has a brand that is very high quality and cost less than others. They also have a good selection of dog food that you can try. Always super helpful staff and if you sign up for there rewards program they will mail you some good coupons and a birthday reward.

I love this store so much! The employees are super helpful and kind. We've been in on multiple occasions and needed a lot of help to set up an aquarium. I thought it would be really overwhelming to figure out what we would need, but Josh walked us through everything and was very patient with our millions of questions.

I'm so glad this store is so close, this is the best pet store ever!

Everyone here is always very kind and helpful. We order delivery sometimes and it’s always delivered quickly with no issues. The personalized notes are cute added touch. We get all of our dog and cat food and litter here. Sometimes we get bonus treats too. We love the selection of items and the rewards programs. Through it we’ve earned several free bags of dog food and gotten discount coupons on so many items.

Amazing and fun place to shop with your pets. Great sales, great events like pictures of my dog with the grinch and they gave me a gift bag filled with wonderful toys and treats. The people there are so friendly and kind.

Cool staff, their animals are cleaned and never smell bad, can't be said of a lot of pet stores with live animals, they truly care about the cats they have for adoption, it's a comfortable feeling knowing this. Clean and the store pets are always a charm to play with.

Customer Service reps were very helpful and even offered to carry my purchases to my vehicle for me. Extra shopping plus was the 25% off storewide sale the day I visited!

Jacob was very helpful to reach for a large bag of dog food on the top shelf and showed me another product I needed. While I paid for my purchases, another guy picked up the large bag of dog food without asking and carried it out to my car! Very happy coming to this store! Always great customer service

Super friendly, affordable, and I can bring in my dog in 😍 My dog will let them trim her nails here (if I'm not mistaken nail trims are free with a purchase) 💙 She loves all of her toys, harnesses, and treats from here, I HIGHLY recommend this place.
