Kohl's

Every time I come to the store, the associates are super nice, which is of course lovely. There’s always a great selection of products and when one has a question they are quick to answer. Also, the clerks are always willing to get some kind of deal for you which is super great. Highly recommended.!!

Great customer service with Greta. I had recently purchased a Nike rain jacket at full price, and a several weeks later it went on sale. She graciously allowed me to return and buy back at the better price since I still had the price tags on. She was able to look up my purchase by my Kohls Reward ID. Thanks sweet lady for going above and beyond!! I'll be back!!

Update 2: Amazon dropoff location is in the back right corner of the store. Love the convenience and that they give a store coupon too! Store is bright and clean and well stocked.

First time just dropping off an Amazon return item - loved the convenience. And they gave a coupon out for 25% off an item in the store - which was another great idea! So they made returning an Amazon purchase super simple and gave me a discount on a new pair of summer shorts - double bonus! Definitely be doing that again.

Kohl's is ok but I liked it better before they put Sephora in. It's a little crowded but I shop there occasionally.

I love that we can drop off Amazon returns at the store and always get a coupon for 15% off things I inevitably find at Kohl's when I’m there. The staff are courteous and efficient.
