William Eggers at this store has been fantastic to work with. Competitve pricing with excellent service. We have had many follow up issues and I feel like I have a partner in the project, instead of someone who was just responsible for selling me something. I would highly recommend him to anyone shopping there!

Absolutely great service, they helped me actually find tile that we could agree on, I think my family looked at every wall tile they had. They know their product and can get you or your contractor set up with what you need, in the right amounts for your project.

Love this shop. The displays help me see how tiles can be used and provide lots of ideas. Everyone that works there is so very helpful. If you are remodeling a kitchen or bath, this is a great place to check out.

Mike was super friendly and helpful but not pushy. He listened to what we were looking for and showed us the available options. We appreciated his great service today, even though we weren't purchasing anything!

Mary was great to work with and a true professional. Mary was knowledgeable and helped us navigate supply chain issues from another tile store that was delaying our bathroom project by weeks. Mary took the time to walk us through the entire selection process, while continuing to check inventory for everything in the store she could get us that day.

In the end, we had to wait on tile but it was the right choice because we essentially redesigned the entire look of our bathroom for the better. I hope this review gets Mary the recognition she deserves for a job well done.

I had a great experience here. Management bent over backwards to make up for a slight issue with a dye issue from the supplier. The Tile Shop offered us a great price, and the personal service made the process of selecting our finishes MUCH easier. The staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The selection and pricing of tiles here is fantastic. Kelsey Gordon, our sales rep was perfect and made the whole process neat and simple. We selected several different tiles, were allowed to bring them home and look at the in the environment they would be in and then choose the one we wanted. I'll be back for future tile needs.

Fantastic. I've been in a few times shopping for a very small project. They never made me feel lol like they were wasting their time working w me (seriously: I needed less than 10 tiles for a fireplace surround). Anthony helped me with choices and grout decisions. Then explained how everything worked. Absolutely wonderful experience! I'll definitely be back when it's time to retile my kitchen!
