AT&T Store

This AT&T store is awesome. Leona helped my husband transition from a Samsung phone to an I-phone. She was very patient and helpful. By far a better experience than the corporate store at Short Hills mall. Always have an excellent experience when I pop in to ask a question or solve a problem.

Went for a phone upgrade. Chris in New Providence couldn’t have been more helpful. Very capable and knowledgeable person.

The word around town is that the customer service at this location is great. I was not disappointed!. Actually my experience at AT&T in NewProvidence went far beyond my expectations. CHRIS who has been there for sometime and NICHOLAS who is fairly new ,were very professional, knowledgeable and patient in answering all my questions. I am a newcomer to the I phone and AT&T service and they helped to make the transition as quick and smooth as possible. I feel confident going back with any questions or problems. They are a great asset to this town’s business.

I upgraded my phone and Z was very knowledgeable, cordial, and very professional. He answered all my questions and conducted himself in a professional manner while providing excellent customer service.

I am not great with computers or phones. However, when just by chance I went into the New Providence AT&T store ALL of my phone concerns were completely taken care of the FIRST time! Then later, I had lost my phone and again they had professionally handled all of my issues smoothly. ( With very little work on my side.)

It was such a pleasure to walk into the store and be greeted with friendly and helpful sales people. (Especially Schad Falaise) who knows what he is doing and doesn't waste your time.

I highly recommend that if you are looking to buy a phone ( which I did) or need help with your phone GO TO the NEW PROVIDENCE At&t store.

Came in really angry with issue of stolen phone, used data, and overage fees. All of the staff were incredible! They went above and beyond to find a creative solution and were pleasant the whole time, despite me being initially very upset. They far exceeded my expectations!
