Close to home always clean atmosphere employees are hard working an helpful always there to lend a hand if needed tho been shopping here for many years back when it used to be Apple's. Love the deli food always stocked and fresh everything is easy to find. Tho at these times every thing is slowly going up on prices 🤷 but having a giant eagle card always looking for the best on sale helps. Cashiers are always helpful and polite and friendly always cheerful with a smile

I needed a birthday cake for my daughter who absolutely loves Giant eagle cakes.
I went in and tried to order a cake (I showed them the first picture and asked the replace "mum" with cali) and they told me no I had to order what was online, so the next morning I called and just asked if they could make me what I wanted... And I was very nervous because I just told them a light blue cake with white and yellow daisies, I WAS EXTREMELY NERVOUS BECAUSE I ALSO WASN'T THE ONE PICKING UP THE CAKE!!! (MY HUSBO WAS) we were wowed (the second photo is what we picked up) my daughter loved it (And that was the most important) but everybody else loved it too!
They thought that I had paid a fortune for it too!!! This not only looked amazing The flavor and taste was amazing and it was one of the most moist cakes we've had from Giant eagle!!!!
Thank you to whoever baked and decorated my daughter's cake It truly looks amazing!!!!!!!!!!

This giant Eagle Rocks-. The staff n management are so helpful n kind. Always delicious deli food. Fresh bread. N many natural soap bars to choose from. The lemongrass is amazing. Very clean. Great place to shop. Ty

They have plenty of free parking and handicapped parking and entrances.

They offer online ordering and curbside pickup and delivery.

They have a full service meat department. Unlike some grocery stores they have on site butchers who often check the dates of all fresh meats.

They have a produce department with many items grown locally.

They have a pharmacy and seafood and floral department. There is also a deli and hot food department.

They are known for their baked goods and they can personalize cakes.

They normally have several cashier's as well as several self checkout registers with an employee around to help.

They have a large selection of wine and beer as well as state liquor.

They have a family restroom as well as one for men and women.

You get what you pay for, yes you might pay a little more. But you’re also getting better quality, better ingredients. This store is always well stocked, clean and the staff is super friendly very accommodating. I absolutely love getting my cakes from Giant Eagle they’re the best in town!

Shout out to the produce department. Walking into giant eagle the other morning and the produce displays look amazing. Normally I’m never one to comment, but it caught my eye immediately. Keep up the hard work, it shows off!

Purchased all my Christmas Eve fish @ Giant Eagle. Squid & Smelts were really clean ! Also Smelts were nice size. Baccala (salted cod ) also nice. I did shop 3 G.E. to get everything because of delivery issues. The only thing I didn't like were Pepsi prices but that's on the Pepsi Co.

Easy to find everything and the aisles are never in disarray,,they never seem to have cheese sticks though

This is one of the best Giant Eagles. It's clean and they are stocked well

Close by, clean, convenient, and courteous. I shop there for my friend when Walmart can't fill her home delivery completely.
I do everything there...groceries, banking, pharmacy and I live right around the corner.

This Place Sure Has Been Much, Much Calmer And Friendlier Than Wal-Mart!
The Staff Have Helped Me Out Every Time I've Asked. The Few That Have Seemed Grouchy Weren't Too Bad, But Dealing With Certain Customers, I Completely Understand. 👍
The Store Always Seems To Be Clean And Kept Up With Well.
The Customers Are Usually Very Nice.
They Have Sold Cakes, Doughnuts, Cookies, Ave Other Things That Are Made In The Store's Bakery.
They've Also Sold Alcohol And Cigarettes In The Store.
Plus, I've Never Had To Deal With Screaming, Crying Children In This Store.

Just A Heads-Up, This Store Does Accept EBT Food Cards.

I love having the bank right there. The store is really clean, bathroom leaves a bit to be desired, lit very well, has a variety of products, and friendly atmosphere. Pricey though. Still love GE.

They have some groceries not available at other area stores!

Shelves were fully stocked, although I'm still in sticker shock from their prices. I was able to find everything on my list, it seemed like a scavenger hunt at times to find what I was looking for.
Little to no staff on the floor as it was close to closing time & everyone was up front.
Checkout was delightful with her asking if I found everything OK, she was cheerful & efficient.

It was very calming and relaxing to go through the store without any people standing around talking and blocking the aisles. Wasn't crowded and actually didn't have to wait long at all in the checkout line with an actual cashier to ring up my items. Way better than going to Wal-Mart !!!

Always have my favorite tea..green tea with mint

I went for a few things. The cashier's all had masks on but there was only 2 other shoppers besides myself that had masks on. People were social distancing. My cashier was very pleasant to talk too.
