Menards

The 20' mummy was a hit this year for Halloween, it definitely attracts all the attention. It was easy to set up, and does not take long at all to air it up, once it's plugged in. Also, purchased the 12' grim reaper animation icon. It was easy to put together, and it is pretty cool as well. Thank you Menards!

Everything looked clean and tidy. Went in for some paint swabs and spray paint and got exactly what we came for, no issues! Friendly customer service as well.

Omg 😲, this is the best place to buy home instrument, I moved here a couple of months ago, for my job purpose I moved to lots of states, whenever I moved to a different state I always go to Home depot or Lowes, but I have never seen like Menards very organized, good customer service, nice and clean, department wise it's really helpful to find products, kitchen model, floor model, outdoor model really well, but I would say light collection is the no one department here.

Menards is so much more than just tools and construction supplies. They have a ton of stock on toys, work boots, coats, gloves, and cleaning supplies! Great prices and very clean well stocked store! S. Emerson good job!

The store was clean and it's was about 8 minutes till closing on a Sunday. I'm disabled and needed help in getting products I needed. The employee were friendly and helped me get 3 different spark plugs. They also held a register open for me to be rang out at. Very thankful for their services and being accomodating to me. I don't have a vehicle so I had borrowed my parents. It was being returned later that night. I was very appreciative that the employee let me finish my shopping since I wouldn't beable to come back the next day. They didn't know this however and were great in their service any ways. Thank you so much for the employees who helped me out. They were excellent. I'm very grateful fur them letting me finish my shopping and helping me out. They were staying over for my sake and didn't even know they were accommodating a disabled person who doesn't have a vehicle. Thank you so very much.

Love shopping at Menards! They have everything other hardware store's carry, plus many additional items from all your cell phone needs, speaker's, other item's including a line of complete household furniture, mattresses, gun safes, grocery, all needed soaps, personal grooming, toys, camping, automotive, & everything you didn't know you needed....

We got our blinds cut on 11/9/23 and the gentleman who helped us was very knowledgable and friendly. The lady who checked us out was really nice.

Priceless and easy to get in and out. I went right to the product I wanted with the help of a worker. Price was affordable and everyone in the place was practicing safe distancing which made me comfortable. I will return.

Employees are friendly and helpful, store is clean and bright. New check out register layout seems to make checking out quicker. Stop in and pick up what you need for your next project.

I just came to say that Candy in the power tools/outdoor area is LITERALLY the nicest lady ever. I hope she sees this because I want her to know how wonderful she is!! This was my first time at Menards (just moved here from Texas, so this was a whole new awesome experience for me- who knew a store could have so much different stuff!!!!) and she was so helpful. Her bright personality brightened my day! And I cant believe we don’t have stores like this back in Texas… definitely shopping here from now on.

It was our first visit to Menards. Staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Selection on items is great.

In and out bought a washer and dryer with quick service. I tell you teamwork is good at Menards. They looked up the product and explained fine details of warranty plus 11% back. Amen

This is my favorite all around hardware store. Also has a fair amount of food selection. As well as candy. Steph is very friendly and helpful

Great store, great service great variety and loving the 11% rebate on everything in the store. I am about to go pick up more screws and the boards I ordered online. I have never had a bad experience with this store
We even get some unique food/groceries. Snacks for my granddaughter!
We also have purchased a deep whirlpool bathtub. It has taken our own contractors a while but so far I am loving it! I call it "The Womb" still waiting on an electrician to wire it properly. I will update when I get the bigger picture. :)
I really do love this store and how they go the extra mile. Today an associate told me they are trained to help people like me be able to do home projects myself.

This is the only home store that I shop. No Lowes or Home Depot.

I was in this store yesterday looking for 60 watt light bulbs. So many to choose from! An associate named Tim appeared and asked if I needed assistance? I did! He then explained the different types of light bulbs and asked a few questions regarding my needs. He was very helpful and very informative. I bought a 4 pack 60W Sylvania DEL, also a 8 1/2 Spot Uplight from Patriot Lighting from this department. Very pleased with these purchases.

People matter. How people treat other people matters. Linda, from this store, gave one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever been a part of. She was extremely friendly, and very knowledgeable. When I needed help, she set down what she was working on, walked me up stairs, and helped me find an out of season item. When it couldn’t be found, she found someone else to help us locate it. As I went to get a cart, she had already loaded all 4 heavy tables with the other associate and had them waiting on me. Linda, I hope Menards recognizes you.
