Very clean CVS, also Thelma always goes above and beyond with customer service and is so kind! I appreciate walking in and seeing her smile!

Thelma is an excellent manager. Much better pharmacy than old days.

The staff in the Minute Clinic went above and beyond, took time to talk with me through what I was dealing with at the time, and made me feel very comfortable. When I had questions, they engaged and explained what was necessary. I met with the NP (won't give her name), and left confident that I had been given great care and satisfactory answers to questions. They took care of the issues, gave me what I needed, and I felt listened to.

I arrived at CVS 5 minutes before they opened and was the first one in. I was in and out quickly- 15 minutes with the NP, and another 15 waiting for a prescription.

I cannot comment on previous reviews, but because of the previous reviews I felt that I need to leave this one. I will not hesitate to use this particular Minute Clinic next time.

I like to shop at cvs, it has many deals and very convenient.

I stopped in here yesterday to get some chapstick and the employee was extremely nice and respectful and made me feel very welcome. I should have gotten her name. Very pleased with my experience

Never had a negative experience with this entity. Always positive experience, always positive interactions with staff.

Good customer service and always seem to have all the medicine in stock to fill my prescriptions

Could be better but still, convenient!

Walking into the store it is usually better stocked than others. Trying to call on the phone is impossible, as the machine will not let you talk to a person. It will tell you it will connect, then say it can’t connect & hang up on you. If you need something, they probably have it. If you want to call on the phone call somewhere else.

Have been sick made appointment at minute clinic. Show up for my scheduled appointment on time, then told a “walk in” who needed numerous shots needed Atleast a 30 minute visit would be taken care of first over my scheduled appointment. What’s the point in scheduling an appointment then? The nurse was not rude but I believe they should have taken a scheduled appointment over a walk in that requires Atleast 30 minutes for shots. I clearly don’t feel well, just wanted seen real quick for my scheduled appointment and go home. Was told to come back in 30 minutes. So I guess walk in is the best way to go from now on. I left.
