Stopped by for help with a screen protector. Natasha helped me out right away and even went through my bill & helped me tale off some services I was paying for but not using. I'm now saving $12 a month & the screen protector installed free of charge. AWESOME spot.

My experience in the Verizon was awesome! Jorge was very knowledgeable and helpful with every aspect of my visit and he made my family and I feel like his family! I’m not going anywhere else for any of my future phone needs! Without Jorge my Disney on ice experience would’ve never happened, not all hero’s wear caps!

The store manager, Patrick, was able to correct an issue that another store was unwilling to. This other store made promises they were unwilling to back up, but Patrick made this right. You can be assured they have your best interest at heart!

We stopped by out of curiosity to see if I can trade in my phone and move to a new plan. Natasha was wonderful. All of my questions were answered. My fiancée also got a new phone. At that time, they only had a certain color. Natasha assisted us with ordering the phone in the color that she wanted. We walked out of here fully satisfied. Her customer service was on point!

Stopped by to inquire about a new phone. George was fantastic! He listened intently and provided a phone that would meet my needs and wants which turned out to be better valued than I anticipated. Stop in and ask for George. He will take care of you!

I would give Patrik Johnson 10/10 stars for the customer service he has always provided us. We first met Patrik at the Verizon store in Sun City as we live in the West Valley. This was about 2 years ago & it was almost closing time when we came in due to my phone dying unexpectedly. He was amazingly patient and thorough, staying late until he got me a new phone and all my information transferred from the cloud. Now in Jan 2024, when I and my mother needed to change plans and get an upgrade, I found out he had moved to a Verizon store in Tempe. I had no hesitation in traveling to that store to meet with him, get our questions answered, switch our plans, transfer numbers, and get our upgrades. He was knowledgeable, patient, clear, efficient, and kind. He even saved us money & as I was also interested in an Apple watch, and after he fully explained the options, I ordered one. He synced the watch with my new phone and made sure all was working before we left the store! We will travel wherever Patrik is for all our cell phone needs. Ask for Patrik and you'll get fantastic service!

I had a great experience with Marcus Williams. He was helpful, thorough, professional, and detail-oriented. We had a lot of changes and scenarios to go through and Marcus stuck it through to the end. Everything turned out great!

I am blown away!!! Riley is one special professional who went the extra mile to help get me reconnected with my Surfacego tablet. It’s obvious that Verizon trainings their employees on products in their showroom. However, they can not training how to “serve the needs” of their customers.

Riley taught me how to reset my adapter and helped sell me a car charger. While listening to the second hand chatter in the showroom, I must admit I am impressed with the way the share information to eager clients (like me 😀) not anticipating extraordinary service. The interactions were marvelous to behold. Everyone is dressed in business attire and came to work to earn your business, they certainly earned my business. Great job Verizon!

I normally read reviews before going into a new store, I was super lucky to read about garrett and get helped by him as well :) I was super happy with his help and completely comfortable about what he had to offer. Shane Mustafa of the Warner/McClintock Verizon location is an EXEMPLIMARY associate. Shane EXCEEDED my expectations with the outstanding customer service he provided. His attention to detail, listening skills, people skills, caring and knowledge of products is truely AMAZING! Not only did he get me out the door with the product I needed, he additionally helped me via text troubleshooting a certain issue. Shane Mustafa, YOU ROCK!!!

Shane was the best customer service. I've probably had in 20 years!! came in to ask a question and he got me 2 free cell phones and a better monthly plan AND new internet saving me $75 a month. He spent a lot of time with me, and followed up TWICE!!! BEST EXPERIENCE E.V.E.R. Shane understands true customer satisfaction and serious competency knowing his product.. Give this guy a RAISE!!!

My old phone was glitchy and having issues with turning off every 2 minutes, despite this frustration, he had the patience to transfer all of my pictures and info to a new phone, that he thoughtfully guided me towards a new phone that fits my needs. I'm very pleased with this customer experience!

Earlier this week my husband and I went in to switch carriers and upgrade our phones. It was particularly challenging due to our account setup, and it took longer than usual. Huge kudos to Jacob for his persistence, expertise, professionalism, creative problem solving, and patience to get us set up properly! Highly recommend this location and if you're lucky enough to work with Jacob, take it. It was the most pleasant and nearly seamless transition switching carriers we've had to date.

Dan helped me upgrade my phone and swap my service over from tmobile, he was great and really blew my old customer service out of the water! I’m super happy with the swap, Dan explained everything extremely well and made the whole process easy from start to finish

Dan is the man with the Verizon plans! He helped me get the best deals with the lowest costs out the door he even helped me entertain my 3 year old during the switching process. Always answers the phone and is super nice and reliable!

Jacob was my sales associate. He was very
helpful with my account and new phone sales. His attitude was very professional and customer service orientated.

We were in this store a couple days ago. The service was OUTSTANDING. We went in to simply request an account review because we had heard comparative information from friends that made us want to check. The agent, Bryan Alva, wholeheartedly jumped into the request for us and provided us with very helpful information to help us with our decision. He then started providing the magic. The short of it is Bryan spent about 2 hours with us going over everything, and we ended up upgrading our service and our phones while leaving with a lower monthly bill! AMAZING!!! I had a question later that night at around 11:30, and sent it to Bryan via text. He answered the note within minutes to my great shock as I didn't expect a response until the next day. Speaking of the next day, I had to run into the store the next day to cover some details and Bryan continued to deliver a WOW customer experience.

Bryan provided personable, accurate, and professional service and support to us. Verizon is VERY fortunate to have him represent them. We wish him the best in his endeavors.

Andrew Devore is an amazing sales representative! He offers extremely high quality customer service. This is by far the best experience I’ve ever received purchasing a new phone. He’s very personalized, highly detailed, professional, helpful and made it a seamless experience. Even after the sale he continues to contact you and check on you to make sure you’re happy with your new phone. He’s there from start to finish making sure it’s set up properly and continues to function properly for you. He’s also excellent with sorting out issues and problem-solving with our family plan account. Andrew is a great asset to your team! I will always use him for future phone purchases and continue to refer him to others!
