So I see this bike online at this local area shop I drive past like daily. I drop them a note explaining my interest in a bike posted, but not yet for sale. (really trying to beat the rush) Within days I'm phoned back. Schedule a visit to view in person. Zero pressure environment. The process moves quickly, financing, registration, bike even stored away (for a fee) until ready to collect. Service team gave me some practical new rider advice, performed some mods and made sure everything was in order at pickup. Mark in service is a huge asset to have available should you have rider questions. Entire team is super. These day's I'm riding about, building experience/confidence. Could not be happier with my choice of motorcycle. When it comes time to transition to the next bike, I'll absolutely revisit Powerhouse. ++A

I just wanted to take a moment and let anyone who maybe interested in purchasing a motorcycle about the excellent experience I had while buying my motorcycle at Powerhouse Motorsports. I’ve been around the automotive industry for most of my adult life, I know what people are talking about when they say they feel pressured when buying a vehicle. It’s a usually a very stressful experience that to say the least is not fun, but I have to admit, Israel from Powerhouse changed that for me. I found him to be a polite, respectful, young man, who did not pressure me in the least. He answered all my questions honestly, and without judgment. It was very refreshing to enjoy the the whole experience. He showed me around both the showroom, and the shop, introduced me to the technician, and then more importantly gave me the space to look around at my own pace, and when I was ready he walked me through the loan application process very easily. I can’t say enough good things about everyone I came in contact with. It was a very pleasurable experience.

We bought two bikes within 2 weeks. Smooth transactions all around. I’m 5’2 so I had to also get my bike lowered which required custom parts/custom work due to the style/height needed. One stop shop! Bought the bike, parts ordered through service and they got it done when the parts arrived. I’ll be back to upgrade when I’m ready. Erica and crew are great!

HOLY COW. These guys are amazing!! Erica and Israel were two of the sweetest and most accommodating people. I'm a new scooter owner and Erica really went above and beyond to talk me through the steps of purchasing it and making me feel comfortable with actually driving it. Israel was also a great help, he rode my scooter home for me just to make sure I got it there safe! These two definitely make you feel welcomed and comfortable. I had to give them the biggest of hugs before they left because they made this journey to buying my own scooter that much better!! Keep it up you two!! This place is definitely the best. Israel is the man! Definitely got me onto an amazing GSX-R! Erica and Israel banged everything out to where all I had to worry about was insurance and they even had a guy for that too! Definitely recommend anyone looking to hop on a good priced bike to give them a call! I know I’m sending everyone I know there!

This place is AWESOME!! The staff goes above and beyond to help get you on the bike of your dreams. My schedule is crazy so they offered to come in on their day off to release the bike to me. They made the paperwork process flawless and a breeze and the service department was so patient with my questions and had amazing knowledge on all Powersports. If you are looking for a new bike definitely give these guys a shot! You won't be sorry and will most definitely leave with a little extra pep in your step and a smile on your face! I normally don't write reviews but i had to because the staff was super helpful and friendly when trying to figure out my bike. As a new rider female rider I felt very comfortable and that I was getting the right bike for me. I absolutely love my bike! :)

Erica and Israel went above and beyond! Hands down best dealer experience I've had. In the past after buying a bike the dealer stopped caring after they made the sale. Both Israel and Erica continued care even after the sale, making sure I could get my bike as quickly as possible simply because they wanted me to have my new bike. Israel worked with me around my work schedule delivering the bike early in the morning before I left for work. Best customer service in a dealership I've ever had.

Easy sales process. I called to make sure the bike that I wanted was ready to go. I got there and closed the deal on the spot. They delivered an ultra-low mileage V-Strom to me the same day. Good deal and friendly service. Thanks to Israel and Erica!!!

Powerhouse Motorsports just opened up here in Plainville, CT and already I am impressed with their Service Dept. I took five Arctic Cat Wildcat 1000X tires to them and within 24 hours, Service Manager Mark, completed the job AND drilled out 3 snapped bolts on two rims. Needless to say, they will be my go-to Service Department. Oh yeah, go check out the 100 plus motorcycles of all makes and models they have for sale.

I came to them with a ton of questions and they all helped me out to their best abilities, it took me a while to get my bike, but it was NO way their fault. They totally could have blown me off, but instead helped me with all my questions and concerns. Erica specifically was so much help and kind. Would recommend this dealership to anyone!
