We ordered charcuterie boards from Dedalus for our wedding reception and our guests would not stop raving about them. They looked amazing, they tasted amazing - so much so that multiple people sent me photos and texted me about the incredible selection. And Cooper and the Dedalus team were hands down some of the most helpful vendors I got to work with. If you’re looking for a beautiful, delicious, professional catering option, get these charcuterie boards!

We asked Dedalus to do charcuterie boards for our wedding and they were phenomenal! Our guests raved. They also let us do a cheese tasting to figure out what we should add and it was so fun standing at the counter and imagining what our guests would like. We love Dedalus also for their sandwiches and their deep knowledge of their charcuterie. If you're foodies, consider Dedalus for that special occasion, you won't be disappointed!

Very good sandwich made of quality ingredients. A little over priced but it is in Boulder. Bread was delicious and not to hard or too soft. They had a great selection of meat and cheese in addition to convenient grab and go sandwiches. Overall very positive experience

Best sandwiches. You can also get a cheese plate to share. So tasty. There bread is so fresh. You can dine outside or inside. Perfect place to meet someone for a quick lunch. Also, it’s a good pick up place. Can’t wait to go back

Stalked their IG faithfully during the Pandemic. The boards and ingredients always looked incredible and as soon as they posted they were open we made the trek up from Pueblo with our chilly bin for some charcuterie treats! Service was amazing and I was told a story about cheese mongers singing to cows on more than one occasion. Which was a true delight! Just the human interaction was a delight! And they made you feel warm and welcome. No cheese snobbery to be found anywhere!

Amazing charcuterie plate. I ordered the charcuterie plate for the first time yesterday and it was worth every penny! I requested to have the cheese and meat to be separated due to an allergy and they were super accommodating. I also wrote a note asking to add an alpine cheese and they did! and it happened to also be my favorite cheese .

I was so impressed with the aesthetics of the platter too :) they added some fresh 🌸 flowers and super fresh fruits. The cheeses and meat came in a to go boxes but as soon as I transferred the goodies on a cheese platter it looked even more delicious. Highly recommend getting this platter from them :)

Everything is so yummy and high quality. Great (small) wine shop and delicious cheeses and coffee. I go whenever I can!

Friendliest staff. The best picnic picks. They take requests. Everything was absolutely delicious and led to a perfect day.

I've been coming to Cured for a long time and get a variety of things. Always a great place to try new meats, cheeses, and prepared foods that are local or imported. It was the first place I knew of that was selling quality bread in Boulder (RIP The Med Bakery Team).

Yesterday was one of my best experiences though. Stopped in to get a cheese/meat plate put together. Service at the counter was knowledgeable friendly, and flexible. Didn't bat an eye when I asked if I could choose a couple of things myself. The end result of their work was beautiful and I would've taken the plates to any fancy party in town. Not only that, but they were clearly working on more than just my plates so add some efficiency to their game which is a rare thing to find in Boulder (and most food service spots west of the Mississippi).

While waiting I stopped into the wine shop in back which I'd somehow forgotten was also selling spirits and such these days. Angela and Jordan were a big help in just finding a couple of bottles for the night and genuinely enjoyed selling the products on their shelves.

Overall a great experience last night that made our night just a shade better than stopping at a local liquor store for essentials. Thanks a lot, guys. I'll try to come back more often :)

What a great specialty shop. Had a sandwich which was amazing. A little on the small side but very cozy.

The cutest shop! The staff was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly—the cheese and wine selections are out of this world! Not to mention the prepared foods section and the delicious homemade baguettes. I had the take away tomato soup and it was to die for! Will definitely be back!

Helpful, friendly and attentive staff. Delicious sandwiches. We had a chicken salad sandwich and the Luigi. Both were awesome with crusty bread, flavorful meats and cheeses and best of all, they make them grab-n-go style for the days you need to get in and out. Solid gift selection as well. I’ve used Cured for four gift baskets this holiday season. I’m super grateful for them! The baskets (boxes really) look great and taste delicious. They will customize any of them or create a new one to meet your preferences and budget.

Love this place and will be a regular!

Talk about amazing people. As a previous retail and quick serve store manager I'm well aware of how hard this environment can be and how hard finding good people is. I interacted with 5 different employees and every single of them were amazing. Congrats to the hiring manager and to the leaders of this company for cultivating amazing culture filled with team work and kindness. I will shout from the rooftops how spectacular this company is. Costs a pretty penny, but OMG this place is great! I work in downtown Boulder and this place just makes amazing sandwiches. They cure their own meats and you can tell. The best thing for me (as a downtown employee) is that they are constantly making and wrapping their sandwiches all day so you just grab one and go pay for it. Amazing flavors! Great bread! Yes! Yes! So, you're going to spend $11 on a sando, but really this is what you should spend a little extra cash on! Get one. Trust me (and all the other reviews!)

The pretzels are a religious experience. Try them with the Dijon mustard too. The sandwiches are great, including the breakfast sandwich.

Cured is my "go to" for charcuterie platters whenever I entertain or need to take something to a party. I have been ordering from them for years. This year I frantically called for a last minute platter, fully expecting them to tell me no because of the time of year and wanting it for the same day. I was pleasantly surprised, not only did they take my order, but they created the most beautiful platter I have ever seen. It was nothing like I have ordered before even though I was always happy with the prior orders. I am hoping to upload a pic with this review. Thank you, Cured! Next year I will be ordering my Christmas gifts from you. BTW, did I mention they have the best customer service ever. They really make the entire experience superb! 5+++ stars

Best sandwiches in Boulder bar none. You have to try them. Super fresh bread. Really awesome deli, meats, cheeses, chocolate and more. Even better they share space with boxcar coffee roasters so you can satisfy all your non-alcoholic needs at once. Then sit out on Pearl St and people watch.

I stopped in to Cured yesterday to find a goat cheese from Cured that was brought to my house months ago that surprised me - I didn't like goat cheese until this one. I didn't remember the name but it made enough of an impression I could describe it's characteristics. Not only did the Cured staff member identify the specific cheese, she helped me explore other cheeses for next time - now I have a list of cheeses I want to buy and try. I was never big on cheese, but I've been converted - turns out I just need quality cheese. Thanks Cured for adding pricier delicious cheese to my grocery budget. All in all, great staff, a positive environment you want to be in, and quality local/global products.

I adore Cured! The wine shop is by far my favorite. The cheese choices are amazing. I am always delighted when I go in asking for recommendations and try new things. And the service...impeccable.
PS - Boxcar coffee and treats are marvelous.
A must visit in Boulder.
