My favorite place to buy rose plants! They grow incredibly well and they have great sales in them too.

We were looking for new kitchen cabinets for our cabin. Rebecca in the cabinet department was so helpful! She offered design ideas, ways to save money, and she even helped us wheel the cabinets out and load them! If I could give her 10 stars I would!! We ended up getting the in-stock hickory cabinets. So easy that they were all available and they are beautiful! The price of the hickory cabinets came in less than the in stock (not hickory) cabinets the competitor offers. Highly recommend, what a great experience all around!

Every employee we had interaction with was extremely friendly and helpful. It was very cold and snowing outside. We purchased several heavy doors. Without our even asking, two employees came right out and volunteered to help us load them. I can not say enough about the excellent customer service we received today.

Needed assistance, Sam, the employee, not only helped us but directed me to what isles I needed to go to to get what I needed. He also had a conversation with my husband about the military service, as they both had the same rank. He deserves a raise.

Easy to find stuff. Signage is good. Helpful people in garden center. Shift manager was able to answer our question about matching prices of other stores. (They do.) Parking is great - well lit and felt safe. The roses we bought were the best we had seen after checking 4 other places.

A big shout out to Charles, Austin and didn't catch the other guys name but they didn't hesitate to walkout in the freezing cold to help load a Dryer in the parking lot! Not to mention my wife accidentally ordered the wrong dryer which was delivered to our house but they had no problem swapping it out for the one we needed! Couldn't have went any better! Big Thanks to the people working! 👍

It was a great experience, I needed a Christmas tree and the sales guys was amazing. Helped me find everything I needed and even helped me load it.

We always enjoy visiting this Lowe's anytime we're in need of anything! From gardening, gardening tools, farming, plumbing, fencing, DIY'S and woodwork, mulch, bricks, rocks, to cleaners, flooring, school projects, light bulbs, snacks, tools, appliances, paper towel and toilet paper. Seriously, if we need it, they have it and it's affordable! So far, every employee we have encountered, has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable! We will continue to visit for all of our needs! Highly recommend!

The employee that works in the paint department was so amazing. I need two 5 gallon buckets of two different paint and she helped me out with a clearance container that took $130 off my price. I would recommend this store for your home improvement needs 100%.

A “Great” Lowes. Dan, the store manager was so helpful picking out a stove and washing machine. The store staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. We were able to purchase what we needed and get on with our day. We recommend this Lowes.

Staff are ALWAYS very helpful and nice! I was impressed by the way that the cashiers are wiping off EVERYTHING after EVERY customer! Today I found an EXPERT on plants and got GREAT detailed advice! Which I desperately needed! Today a customer bought a TON of stuff. The cashier helped bring the merchandise to car!

Had to hit Lowe's up for some soil and some plants they always seem to have a great selection. Gotta get into the spring feeling found some good deals

Lowes is my favorite store and since I'm updating a home I practically live there 🤣 Today I went to the appliance section and recieved excellent customer service from Kurt Kuhn. He was able to answer all my questions and helped me compare ranges and order one. He was respectful, knowledgeable and helpful. Also, kudos to Lowe's for the way they take care of Veterans.

Today 8/29/22 I was trying to locate a grill that was on sale, I traveled to three Lowes stores to no avail, I called the Muskegon Mich store , some 40 miles from my home, they said they had 4 in stock I said I'm on my way. Upon our arrival in the Grill dept. we met Jeff and Jerry two very pleasant clerks, and I said I was looking for a particular sale grill, Jeff asked if I had called earlier and I said I had, he said its right here on the cart, they had already pulled it from stock for me, and had brought it out to the salesfloor. While Jeff brought it to the checkout area with me, and then we loaded it together in my vehicle, Jerry was showing my wife the features of this grill and also explained how the pellet fuel worked and he helped her select the proper one for our needs. Many Thanks to Jeff and Jerry for the excellent customer service they did a super job with us on this large purchase, and it was well worth the drive to their store. I'm sure we will visit again. Well Done.........
