Thank you to the kind manager who helped me out with a milkshake for my son when the app kept glitching ! You made his day and we appreciate it !

Lots of room and light, clean bathrooms, predictable food, even places to work if you have the need.

The McDonald's that everyone remembers is that it's always busy. Sometimes you have to wait a little longer for your order.

Not a big fan of McDonald's but I was pleasantly surprised by friendly staff and customers. The food was hot and delicious. I only had a minute to wait for my order.Great job!

When to the drive thru, so can say for the atmosphere, but the person I spoke with has great customer service would recommend a second visit

This review is for the manager, June, who did an amazing job getting our food when going through the drive through. She ended up comping our meal because of the amount of wait time we endured. It was a rather busy time to order food, so I was understanding. Thank you, again, for the meal. God bless you.

My daughter taught me how to use McDonald's ordering computer, good system ordering exactly what I wanted especially what I wanted on my burger. Once we finished ordering we found a table and our orders were brought to us when the food was ready. I was totally surprised that the burger I had was really good, juicy! The fries were hot and tasty. I finished with a hot fudge sundae that was so yummy. The whole experience was very enjoyable.

They can't seem to get it together. 30 minutes in drive thru. Oh mannnn....they gave me the wrong order. Argh. When I did get accurate order, fries were cold and burger was oozing catsup and mustard all over the place.

Very fast. Service wonderful place to eat. This McDonald's should get a 10 stars. They have table service now. We made a very hard order and they got it perfect the first time. They have the grandkids all a smiley face you and asked us if we needed anything.

Very nice staff. incredibly long line . They actually had lemons for my iced tea so I'm not complaining. I'm very appreciative

The name of the restaurant sounds like it would be an Irish Pub but there's no bar at all. This place does have tasty burgers and fries.

The kiosks for ordering are pretty wild food was cooked correctly and efficiently. Was a good location.....

At the register no so good because the girl who was in don't give me the cup for my soda, I have to asking for..but some of the employees they are nice, smile say hi and have a good day... that's why the 5 stars

I visit here 1-2 times a week. We made friends with the owner and their family to the point where they know me by my first name. Very pleasant to see and deal with.

Great place to work

The Willimantic McDonald's has changed since my last visit. Interior and exterior are all refurbished. Double drive thru lanes. Large, clean rest room. Fast service. Very happy we decided to have luscious McGriddles!

This is a very nice, updated establishment. The drive through line did not delay me, and my food did not look or taste hastily prepared.

Awesome place since they remodeled it & more high tech with the latest gadgets to order ur food & plus they now bring ur food to u. I give it two 👍👍's up also still has good food & nice ppl that works there & lastly its in a good location.

You can hang out here all day and get cheap food and free WiFi. Thank God they have salads and decent coffee! Check out the local color of Romantic Willimantic!
