Best Buy

They didn't have the phone case I went looking for but the guy at the computer right inside the door (didn't catch his name) was incredibly kind and helpful! He looked up of he could order one in for me and even had other suggestions for me to get it faster. Incredibly kind and helpful!

I had an apt to drop off my desk top computer. I went in and was greeted by a lovely young man in the repair area. He must have known who I was because I had an apt and they knew I was coming. I had discussed with him the issues with my computer software. He went in and started checking it while we chatted. It was a pleasant visit and a learning curve for me. We not only talked about software, we talked about a lot of things. I thanked him.

I also went there to purchase a new phone. I knew exactly what I wanted and asked if they had any open boxes. They did. We had a long conversation all about the cell phone and the software. It was very, very good because he responded with all the questions I had asked him, very, very well. What a pleasant adventure.
I love Best Buy in Manchester, CT. I have been going there for years. The staff, service and prices are excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone. If you walk in with respect to them you will get respect back.

I came here to pick up a large tv that was purchased earlier that day. It was super quick and easy. The associates brought it right out and loaded it into my car for me, and everyone that I interacted with was very polite and kind.

my my my today I decided to stroll down to the local Best Buy and golly I forgot my wallet! This was quite the conundrum you'd imagine, but the magnificent sir ray assisted me in my quest for a new camera and I am very satisfied with my purchase, was worth every shilling.

Had to return a few items today due to needing upgraded devices. Sam and Edwin were absolutely fantastic! They both went above and beyond friendly, helpful, patient, and professional. Honestly, after the great experience tonight, this restored my outlook with shopping and dealing with people. Great job and thank you again!

I went in looking to buy an IPAD and laptop. I was greeted by an employee who got someone to help me. Sam was great! She was, knowledgable, and friendly! It was a pleasure to have such a nice sales associate.

Bought a Cyberpower gaming pc here on June 10th. I walked in with the intention of buying an HP Omen 40L with an RTX 3060ti. The salespeople at Best Buy sold me an Asus Pro Art monitor, which will let me have better color accuracy with video editing. When i was about to buy the finished setup, one of the salespeople realized that there was a cheaper computer on sale that had a better CPU than the HP Omen, so they switched me to the Cyberpower computer I now use. I will go to Best Buy for all my future needs with computers

I was visiting my family down in Connecticut and I need a gift quick one of the Store members I believe his name was Edwin help me find an amazing gift at a reasonable price truly one of the best experiences in the store hands-down. I definitely intend to give more future business to Best Buy. And thank you Best Buy for showing outstanding customer service.

I had a successful mission, obtaining a power supply cord for my laptop while I was out of town. Great to have Best Buy around and the personnel there were great, knowledgeable, and accommodating.

Bought tablet on line and picked up in store. I had problems finding my order because I ordered as guest. I called they helped me find everything and walked me thru how to find it. Very patient....hiley recommended!!!

Best Buy is amazing I'd give it 5 stars because it fulfills all your electronics needs. I bought my Samsung 860 EVO 1tb SSD and Corsair Vengence LPX 16gb of ram from here on black Friday and they couldnt work any better in my PC. Thanks a lot Best Buy for giving me the parts for my pc at #1 quality😁

Best customer service we've had anywhere in years!

I have a Best Buy credit card and I pay yearly for the protection plan. With that plan ALL electronics I buy from Best Buy are covered and I get to pay installments on a payment plan for all my devices, and Best Buy still matches any price that's lower than theirs. So for me they literally live up to their name.
