Lowe's Home Improvement

This is a great Lowe's with actual helpful people working there. Actually lots of staff available for questions at the time I went there. Great selection. I think because it's tucked up in there and a little bit hard to find. Maybe it is less busy than others.

Unlike Depot the small pvc don't need a ladder to get to, no idea why fast moving pvc up where can't get, little to no irrigation Depot either all @ Lowes!!!

Lowes is always a treat. Had to buy some plumbing parts to help a friend do some plumbing tomorrow. Prices are coming down, thank god it must be an election year.

I don’t write very many reviews, except for the ones that deserve it.Especially not for big box stores. I’m doing a few projects around my house so I stopped done to lowes. Robert in the paint department knows his stuff and had some really good recommendations for what I working on Nowadays, it’s hard to find an employee that knows anything about anything!! Thank you, Robert . hope they give you a raise!

Extremely accessible store, very wide aisles, and store workers available in every department. Has pet safe ice melt in stock.

We purchased rose and every month every kind of flower plant and other garden tools from Lowe’s.

I bought river rock for “humidity trays,” for my tropical plants.
The bag was super heavy for me so “Cole,” offered to fry a cart and get the bag in it for me! I was so happy for his help. (I just had cervical surgery)
Then, outside, I realized I had to fry it in the back of my Forester.
That’s when “Jeff”, came to my rescue.
He gladly picked the bag up and got it into the hatchback.
The rocks are perfect size for humidity trays but even better, was the helpful service I received voluntarily from Cole & Jeff.
Than you so much for friendly assistance.
I hope you are recognized by “higher ups,” for being wonderful human beings.
It’s going extinct but those (2) shined through in my day- Grateful -

Bought an electric power washer and Craftsman stainless steel shop vac. Both came with a 3 year warranty. Great place to shop.

Not all Lowe’s are the same but this location highly impressed me with the quality of customer service I received yesterday. I bought a couple of air conditioners and couldn’t remember if my store credit card account was active (was trying to take advantage of the 5% discount w/ credit card). At first, my name couldn’t be found in the system (due to a misspelling) but I also couldn’t open a new account since my social security was connected to the original account. The sales associate, Kimberly, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help me figure all of this out. I’m writing this review because it was a time consuming process for her, and she still treated me with the utmost respect. Kimberly made me feel like a valued customer, and she still managed to hold down the self-checkout area when other customers needed assistance.

Once again, Lowe’s quality of products and employees at this location have far surpassed their Orange competitor. Thank you to Eric for taking so much time helping me with my project! Someone give that man a raise!

Staff is consistently helpful and friendly. Great product selection and I love using my Lowe's card to save 5% on all purchases.

Great customer service after the most horrible service at the Manchester Home Depot. Lowe's is our store for projects from now on. Home Depot should be ashamed of the people they hire

Had to pick up 20 2x4s. Most were pretty straight and each was under 4$ glad to see wood prices back to normal or close to it. Store looked clean and bright.

I've always preferred shopping at Lowe's because not only do they carry quality and affordable goods for home improvement but they also have knowledgeable personnel who provide excellent customer service. Shopping at this store was no different. I needed help choosing between WD40 and Blaster PB to enable me take apart some rusted bolts and nuts. They advised me to use the later which worked.

This is just like Home Depot. Wide selection of home improvement items. Similar prices and great finds. Loved the clean isles and kind people. Then again that's just how Connecticut is!!! I appreciate all the stores more in Connecticut rather than Brooklyn. It's just different. Cleaner!!! Lowe's plants are a little cheaper than Home Depot.
