I recently went to FF and my experience was terrific!! Marissa was a HUUUGE help I was looking for a pair of taffy pink crocs so I called ahead and at first they said they didn’t have the crocs and 10 minutes later I get a call from Marissa telling me she found the crocs I was so excited and I really appreciate Marissa’s effort to helping me out finding my crocs!!! Thank you so much Marissa you made my day!!!

Usually can find what we are looking for. Found great deals on the clearance rack. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

They always have the best deals for my sons ever growing feet. He always likes the selection and I have smaller feet I can also buy the kids shoes on most trips we take. The prices are not bad for the adult sizes for fashion riding boots either!

The staff was very friendly. I picked out some hiking shoes and a replacement to my three year old sneakers. I looked at about ten shoe stores before I visited here and had only found several shoes that fit my size 10.5 feet. Famous Footwear had the best selection easily.

Great variety, low prices! The store was clean, the shoes weren't out of place, and the employees were extremely helpful. It's a good place to go when you need a nice pair of shoes at a low price.

I couldn't find the type of shoes that I needed & the representative suggested 2 other local shoe stores that would probably carry dancing shoes. Wow! That is putting the customer first! Awesome customer service
