Ahtesh Emporium Wine & Beer

Ahtesh Emporium has the best selection of fine wines and craft beers I've seen in the Wells/Kennebunk area. Ahtesh is a quick stop off Route 1 and Mo, the owner, is an excellent resource who will guide you through the many quality wines and beer his store has to offer.

The owner reopened his store when we arrived (unknowingly) after he had closed. He was very welcoming and enthusiastic, kind to my family and helped me choose some exceptional beer. What a great guy.

Mo has an infinite knowledge of wine and an incredible variety to choose from. Love this place!

This is the most beautiful shop I have visited. In addition to a wide selection of fine wines, you are treated to breathtaking art, decor and wonderful company. If you are visiting Maine, this shop is a “must see”.

This gentleman sells wine out of his porch. This is also his residence. The selection was nothing very exciting for me. Only open seasonally March to October from what I understand.
