Clean store with great customer service! They didn’t rush us out the store when we arrived at 8:50; in fact, they allowed my husband to try on pants at 9:00(store closing,) and didn’t say a waited! They checked us out with a smile! Thank you American Eagle!!

Today my family and I visited this store and it was a pleasant experience. The young man who helped us was very polite and patient. He was knowledgable about the different styles and fit of jeans and he made shopping there so simple and easy. I would like him to know that my family and I are praying for him on his journey. We are wishing him health and happiness, and we look forward to shopping at this location in the future.

My two experiences in the store due to exchanges were absolutely great due to very patient and pleasant associates, Alden and Christina. My experience at Greenbrier was rude, short and zero customer service. Definitely the outlet is my preferred store due to this fine young people working there. Maybe they need to be trainers to all new associates and definitely every associate in Greenbrier including the manager that I encountered, she was very short and rude, such a poor example to follow.
