Boot Barn

My first western boot purchase was in November of 2023 and the very helpful staff at Boot Barn made the experience absolutely successful. They were very knowledgeable but never pushy, and they have a decent rewards program as well. I have gone back a couple of times already to also check out their great selection of apparel. Their hours are good too with earlier than expected opening times compared to other stores.

My first time in a boot barn was last week. I got some boots that were a bit small and went in this week to exchange them for another pair without a receipt. Make sure you sign up for the rewards program and you can return things without a receipt without issues. I was surprised at how many boots there were. The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They didn't make you feel pressured and were pretty laid back. I got the perfect pair of boots twice. They have lots of other merchandise as well. First time being in the new store… Quite the selection! Drew was readily available and knew exactly where everything was. She was super kind and very helpful. The specific boot I wanted was not in store so she helped me get them ordered. We then needed help in the hat section so she brought us over to meet Bryana. She was super friendly and sure knows her hats! Thank you Drew and Bryana for a great experience today!!

Best customer service I've received in a long time!!! My shopping experience was amazing from beginning to end! I felt like I had a personal shopper...Caitlin who helped me was incredible! She didn't know me but did a great job suggesting pieces for me. She was extremely patient with my questions and shopper requests! She even went as far as recommending a fabulous restaurant when she learned I wasn't from the area and this girl was hungry! I wish I could give her 10 stars!

So far so good I have not rode with the boots that I have yet but wearing them around the house I do believe they will go down the highway just fine thank you very much. Good staff good service good attention to detail. Prices were a little stiff on some things but good on others that's just how it goes. Overall good experience.

I've bought many things from this store and they always take care of issues and make things right. Boot Barn is an "Old School" retailer where the customer is always right.

This store has a great selection of boots, clothes, and hats. I saw some beautiful women's clothes and jewelry as well. Wide variety! All the workers were extremely busy and still found time to help me and my daughter! Thank you!

I love this store! My husband too me here because he had bought some clothes, and I fell in love! They have the nicest clothing and boots in the QC area.

Service was fantastic! Upbeat workers, were able to answer all our questions and gave great tips. They were quick to respond to not just me, but everyone all while keeping focus on what needed to be done ♡

Knowledgeable staff helps find what you're looking for, whether they have it in stock or have to order it. Able to shape the hats to the style you want.

I found the boots I was looking for, even picked up a pair of jeans to go with them. The customer service was phenomenal. Prices were competitive. Will recommend them to everyone

Went to two other retail stores and could not find the right fit jeans until we went to the Boot Barn and found the right fit jeans from waist to length! We highly recommend visiting the Boot Barn!
