Pilot Travel Center

Neat place. You could spend several hours here easily. There is a museum also but we did not have the time today. I would recommend stopping if you can.

About what you'd expect from a truck stop but much faster and more efficient than once across the road. The showers were nice and clean as well as the bathroom. Great place to stop and grab a snack

The woman working today has the showers clean and nice. DRIVERS MAKE A HABIT OF LEAVING A TIP TO ENCOURAGE THE WORKERS WHEN YOU SEE THEY ACTUALLY CLEAN THE SHOWERS. I for one, love a clean shower and will be stopping here moving forward.

Plenty of truck parking lots. Staff was very friendly and helpful and with smiling face, shower was available and it was clean and water was hot enough, Arby’s meal was very good with Pilot reward points. I am here for 10 hrs reset and really enjoyed staying here. I will come again for sure.

Wheeewee baby!! When I say I had the cleanest shower today!! Hot water, great pressure and extra clean!!!! Thank you so much to Courtney who took her time and did a great job of cleaning my bathroom before I showered!! I was having a rough day and anyone knows a good shower makes you feel better and for that I am sooooo grateful!! Koodles to you Courtney for a job well done and for making me and my OCD feel at ease to go in and sh@t, shower and shave as we say out here on the road!! Your kindness and care was definitely appreciated!!

Really clean facility and very friendly staff. The lady at the cash register was super nice even though she stayed up to do Easter eggs for her daughter. Kudos to another amazing mother. Unfortunately I forgot her name. Anyway, I would stop by again at this pilot ta on my way Chicago in the near future.

This place is large for a Pilot, with parking spots that are very easy to back into. The showers and restrooms are clean and stocked, the staff is friendly, and the Arby's is decent. What I like best about this Pilot is how easy it is to get in and out of when compared to that really big truck stop across the street. I'm also closer to the main building at Iowa 80 than half the trucks parked at Iowa 80.

Great cashiers, BATHROOMS CLEAN huge deal for me!! AND I LIVE THEIR NEW COFFEE MACHINES THAT YOU CAN PICK YOUR OWN" FLAVOR " AND MAKE A SINGLE FRESH CUP!! Gas prices are slways reasonable for the area.

The best shower I've had in 5 years on the road. Nothing even comes close except for one place in GA. Feels like I haven't had real hot water east of the Mississippi in about 3 years.

I always receive the h ed lip I need from the staff. The hot food is not too bad at all! Very clean restrooms. Great selection of drinks and snacks.

First time getting a shower at a travel center. Shower was cleaner than most hotels I stay. Got there early Sunday morning so no wait. Staff was very friendly.

GREAT JOB EVERYONE !!!! 1430 on Weds it seemed like everyone wanted a shower..I got my ticket (3 ahead of me)..asked the counter girl(Tarah) how long it would take for the shower to be cleaned....
She used the wireless to ask Ginise(the cleaner)..Rick the manager was listening also and had another person clean too...
BING...BANG....BOOM...within 5 minutes I was jumping in the shower room!!

I work at the restaurant next door and stop in frequently for energy drinks and cigarettes. Everyone is always super friend and helpful, this Pilot is always clean and stocked, and they usually have good deals on multiple energy drink brands.

I just wanted to give a special shout out to the pregnant cashier, Alexis. Tonight was an especially rough night for her as I witnessed not one but TWO people be ignorant a**holes to her, to the point of her being in tears, while I was standing in line waiting to pay. As hard as it was (for both of us) she kept her cool and attempted to shake it off and continue on being her usual happy self.

Is very courteous courteous to customers when paying for their products that the the customer buys and is making sure everything is well taken care of with the food and the preparation and making sure that you got the right gas pump charge that you are paying for and the place is very clean and very well-maintained for when wet icy days they try to do their best on keeping the walk area coming in clean and let you know clean and let you know if there is water on the floor

Lots of parking, and it’s right next to one of the biggest truck stops in the world. So if you should always be able to find parking in this area no matter what happens. I usually stop here if it’s convenient.

Bathrooms were very clean.
It was a very busy place.
Had to go inside to get receipt.

Watch out for the crazy chipmunk he runs are the Simi parking lot like he has on bulletproof under wear.
